While they are a bit gimmicky and misleading, the candles do smell good and are of decent quality. The main reason for the low score is the cost. The candles (and the diamond inside them) are not worth the $100 price tag. Neither are that high quality. The only time to get one is when it is on super sale and you can score a candle for around $20 bucks. Even $40 is too much for these things.

I had a slight shipping issue and when I reached out to foreverwick about this they looked into my issue and sent me a message back very quickly and confirmed my order and shipping date I was impressed with the service and response time

I purchased my first candle not really believing it was true. I have since purchased many since. Not only do the candles smell great the gems are beautiful. I have ran into a few issues such as a broken candle, a missing diamond and vials that had excess wax in them. The customer service has been exceptional! Not only do you interact with a real person they are kind and understanding as well. That is refreshing and something the retail world is missing these days. The issues I have had were resolved quickly, also something that is missing these days. The happiness I get from the candles and the confidence that the customer service is not judgmental and kind will keep me buying from Foreverwick Candles for myself and as gifts. My next purchase will be to try the perfumes! I am excited to see how this company grows and hope they keep the standard they have set.

They have great products and excellent customer service! Even though it was my mistake they quickly addressed the problem and accommodated the corrective action!

Im a candle Junky! I have one or two candles buring everyday. The foreverwickcandle i got burned for two days straight before buring out i love that aswell the treasure that was at the bottom! The smells filled up the house theres Not many that doo! Thank you guys for this amazing candle can't wait to get more and see what treasure I find next but with the burn time and the amazing smells doesn't even need the treasure at the bottom Because it is the treasure! Bless yall thank you so much !!

I had a slight delay on my order, but when I messaged with my wonderful support hero in customer support, they were so nice and let me know everything was ok. I had to update my shipping info, somehow it was off just a little. That was why it did not ship yet. How wonderful it wasn't shipped to wrong place! Once they were sure the shipping address was correct, my order arrived in great condition. The care in packing to be sure all was safe, super!!! Thank you!

I accidentally put candles in my cart and didn’t realize it until I checked out. I emailed the company and they immediately took care of my mistake, no questions asked. Very friendly customer service and emailed me right away, no waiting for days. I really appreciate all the help I received

I love forever wick I have only got one candle but they smell great,I’m currently having to constantly fix my truck so I don’t have the money to buy more but when I can I will.

It arrived on time with no problems and smells amazing. Will definitely buy again. Shout out to Marry in customer support, who was an absolute rockstar! I live waaayy out in nowhere, and the rural addresses are problematic at best, and Marry made sure I'd get my order with no problem!

I received my shipment, completely damaged, and notified them immediately, by email, with pictures of the damaged items. They sent out a replacement shortly after, which arrived in perfect condition. The smells of the candles are not overwhelming, and the jars are super cute. Will definitely be ordering again.

Well my package arrived today so I gave it to my wife. She was very excited and wanted to light it so she did and she said it smells amazing!
And because I was there I agreed so I told her about what I got and she was amazed that there is a Diamond in there you can exchange and loved the idea.

Candles smell amazing! My address was rejected by system due to how I plugged it in but the company quickly emailed me to sort everything out and I received my order in a reasonable ship time even with this minor issue. Still a bit curious to how the “bonus entry points” work as there was not much instructions on how to track and know if i won anything or not.

Unfortunately I had shipping problems, my first parcel never arrived. Then it arrived but my second order didn't
They were very helpful with the email corresponding. When I did get my first order I was thrilled by the free diamond I got. The candle is beautiful and burns a long time. The scent was mild and not over powering. Then the big reveal came. It was time to open the capsule. I love the diamonds and the whole experience that's why I ordered another 2 times. I love the candles and diamonds. It's a great surprise and fun for the whole family.

The candle I ordered smelled great before it was lit. We lit the candle expecting it to smell amazing but we can't even smell anything. It's like it's a no scented candle. I didn't expect the diamond to be anything big and it wasn't but I did expect the candle to smell good.
