On top of that, their customer service is exceptional. The team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect. Every question I had was answered promptly and with genuine care. More company’s now - could learn a lot from Forever Wick!!

I was very disappointed with the post office's involvement and felt I was going to lose out on what I paid as well as my wife missing out on the candle I ordered for Valentine's Day. After setting for 13 days in Indie it finally arrived and my lady loves it.

Purchasing their product is a concise and straight forward effort.
Their follow-up with them, after my purchase, was almost immediate and their response was relevant to my query and satisfactory in nature.

I ordered at the end of January to get these for my wife for our 30th Valentines day. I thought it would be a great Valentines gift I bought like 4 of them spent like $147.00, I got a text on the 13th of February that it wouldn't arrive until the 14th on the 14th it arrived in my locking mailbox which it wouldn't fit. But the label on a piece of cardboard with my invoice and a couple marketing flyers arrived. I talked to the mailman he said I have to talk to forever wick candles, the only way I could talk to them is through a email. They said that I would have to wait until USPS reviews the issue before they do anything and unless I email back i get nothing from them. I went to USPS and they said there is nothing they can do because it was delivered i showed them pictures and they said that I have to deal with Forever wick candles and so I have to deal with horrible customer service i am now fighting it with the card I paid with, since I dont get any info from Forever Wick. They took my money as fast as they could and couldn't deliver with any customer service. I not sure but it seems like a scam.

Love the candle, super funny inscription yet very relative to my wife and i’s marriage. Haahahahhahaha!

I requested help to find the value of my diamond from my new purchase for Valentines day for my wife. I got a reply almost 5 minutes later in my email with a link. I will be ing using this company for all my candle purchses for my wife!!

Wish I could give them zero stars. Do not waste ur money. They gaurantee a diamond in "every candle." That's a lie. Purchased their Lemongrass candle and was so excited to see a gold wrapped package in the melted wax. What a rip-off and disappointment it was to unwrap and inspect the vial only to discover there is NO DIAMOND inside. Also, this small candle was over $50 and has no fragrance. Don't waste ur hard earned money on this con job site!

I have been a customer with forever wick candle for sometime the excitement of finding the vials of what was contained a diamond brought excitement but On a valentine special they had,I was supposed to have gotten three candles with double diamonds in each candle and they were supposed to be the .05 or greater diamonds within each candle, I place the order February 2 , I received package February 17th 3 days after Valentine’s Day and upon surprise, they only had one diamond in each candle, and each diamond was only .02 crt, you can’t call anyone, only email customer service and they said my order was what I got so I went back into my orders and my orders were switched around and tried to get it resolved and they told me there’s nothing they can do. I am no longer a customer with them,they do not have a customer service. You are just screwed.

PS: if they find a way, you will lose out

I don’t usually do this for companies so this means a lot! I am so happy for what they provide, product excellent customer service and support! Not only is their product top notch, creative and certainly worth while, their support with any questions is responded to immediately and kindly. I give this company and their team a 10/10 for product reliability and support and would refer them to any and everyone I meet for cool gift ideas. Great job guys !!!

The candles burn clean, lovely non overpowering scent. And then....you find a genuine diamond. That is exciting ! Best candle I have ever had. Makes perfect gifts for many occasions.

Terrible customer service. They use very poor packaging and my candle arrived broken. I sent pictures and asked for a replacement and they wanted me to pay again. I will never use this company again.

Bought from them in the past. Placed another order with them for multiple candles 2 and half weeks prior to valentines days thinking that their website says shipping typically takes 4-8 days. So I figured it would take 48-72 hours to ship out. Received shipping notification 5 days later. Thought great it will still be enough time to get here within time I needed it. 10 days later of checking tracking for it to be in pre-shipment and not received by USPS. With it not being shipped out in time to reach me when needed I decided I would just cancel the order. Only way to contact them is through a link on the website. Sent it that way to get a generic response that it can't be canceled as it had already "shipped". Yet still showing pre-shipment and USPS had not received the package. After 4 emails back and forth trying to get them to cancel the order prior to it actually shipping they again tell me it had already shipped but I can refuse the package upon delivery and then get a refund minus shipping both ways once they receive back. Then magically 3 days after I first requested the refund USPS receives the package it's on the way and won't get here within time frame needed. Terrible shipping practices and even worse customer service. I won't buy anything from them again and highly suggest no one else either.
