Formula Escapes were amazing. Everything they did was excellent. There was a lot more queuing in Monza than I expected. At the track it felt a little disorganised which was a surprise after all these years.

As a first time user of Formula Escapes, we booked the Italian GP at Monza, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Formula Escapes take out all the hassle, airport transfers, track transfers, brilliant seats, and amazing helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them.
You're kept up to date the moment you make your booking, and while out in Italy was kept informed by WhatsApp.
I will definitely be using Formula Escapes again.

Highly recommend Formula Escapes! I wanted to book a trip as a surprise for my husbands 40th birthday! I initially spoke to Chris explaining I was clueless and he asked a few questions to make a recommendation on the best track to go with, it was too early to book as I enquired too far in advance but the service was exceptional and we decided on Monza and was advised to call back closer to the event. Closer to the time I then dealt with Rachel, she was really patient with me and ensured I got exactly the right package. Even when Ryanair changed my flights, Formula Escapes provided excellent service even though it was out of their control and helped find a more suitable alternative.
The trip was excellent, the hotel was in a great location with great communication when we were in Milan! All of the staff were really friendly and helpful and the communication was excellent! Just back from a wonderful trip to Monza and I’ve gained wifey points for delivering a fantastic birthday pressie to my husband! I’ve already enquired about a family trip for 2026 as would love to take our 2 young boys to a race!

This was my 2nd trip with them ( Monaco was first) and I can honestly say they are even better now. Their largest trip this time in Monza, shows how successful they are, with many people signing up multiple times. We’ve just come back from the Dutch F1 GP with Formula Escapes, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Our initial booking and extras were handled brilliantly by Neil, Sam, Julieta and Alistair, and we were looked after ‘in resort’ by the exemplary Dan and Nik. Great communication and excellent organisation meant we had a memorable and exciting F1 time with Formula Escapes. I highly recommend the additional F1Experience live option - we had a fantastic Thursday evening getting very close to race preparations, explore the pit lane and track, and meeting Ollie Bearman and Alex Albon. My only regret is that we can’t be at Monza this weekend!

Me and my pal have now booked 3 F1 trips within a year(Hungary, Abu Dhabi, Zandavort). The booking process is very simple you tell them what you want and they come back with your requirements in a quick response. First class experience and they make you feel part of formula escapes party. We would never book with anyone else!!!

Just got back from the Dutch Grand Prix.

Rachel booked our tailored trip for us this was a very efficient experience and friendly .

Our hosts for the weekend were Dan & Nik.
They organised a meet and greet the day before practice session this was helpful to meet your fellow team fans and talk you through the itinerary .
The communication , planning and hospitality is second to none !!!

Great seats in the Granstand and circuit transfers sorted for you as with the airport transfers.

On our return flight we had notification from our airline we needed to be at the airport 3 hours prior to our flight instead of 2 so I text Dan and he liaised with our taxi and brought our taxi forward. Amazing service nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. They are both lovely guys with a wealth of information they are willing to share.

If you are thinking about going to a Grand Prix definitely use Formula Escapes they are thorough and communication is outstanding.
A great experience you won’t be disappointed!!!!!

Chris is absolutely correct that it was a fault on my side, my emails we're not going through, but I had already pointed this is out as a potential reason in my review below
He is also correct that we made contact, and my questions were answered..
My below review was not about throwing him, and his team under the bus, Nik was brilliant throughout, and that is also evident in the below review...Things turned from a 3 star rating to a 1, when Chris, founder, decided to WhatsApp me, and after answering my questions, asked me to remove the 3* review as reflects poorly on his company, I made a comment that my job role also invites reviews, that I am unable to ask reviewers to change, but that I would not leave the company with a 3 star review, as had no real complaints up until that time, just lack of communication
What followed next via Chris on WhatsApp, was that my review was harsh (it was actually very well intended if you read it?) When I suggested he was sounding angry in his replies he told me he was disappointed and that reviews are mainly from customers already travelled with his company and his family business would be affected by my review...when I replied that I understood that, but as a Founder, CEO, director, manager (junior in my opinion of his replies to me) he needed to understand that reviews would come from people experiencing booking with his company also...he replied sarcastically, thank you for your invaluable feedback Jennifer, sarcasm at its finest, when I told him I would be re-reviewing his company based on my experiences with him. ..and him only (Nik was awesome) I was called vindictive and out to get him, then got told" sorry my little family business is not good enough for you" I had raised no complaints about the company at all, unfortunately Christopher could not help himself but keep on, via WhatsApp,which has led me to this review...im certain people have had a great experience with this company, so long as you leave a 5 star review, if you don't, expect the charming Chris to try and make you change it...

Are you, as a company, still functioning? I was e.mailing Nik, who was extremely prompt at replying from day one, and every email I subsequently sent, he answered immediately...i now email and it gets stuck in my outbox, could be a problem on my end, (although isnt an issue with any other email) but ive also sent 2 more enquiry forms via your website and no reply, despite really prompt messages before, I hope Nik is OK? But i would really appreciate a reply regarding my enquiry about spa for 2026? Thank you

Overall, I was really satisfied with my first Grand Prix experience with Formula Escapes. I chose them for the convenience of having the trip organised for me as this was my first f1 trip and the email communication prior to proceeding to book was great.

The highlights for me were the excellent grandstand tickets we were allocated, which made for a great race experience. It was also great to see the reps go above and beyond for others in the group who needed that extra attention.

A couple of things which would have improved my experience.

The flight out was delayed which, of course, is not Formula Escapes fault, but on arrival to the hotel the check-in process was rudely interrupted by the rep from finesse travel who pushed in and was causing issues for the hotel reception. This caused delays in the check in process for the whole Formula Escapes group at 2am. Not entirely Formula escapes fault however I believe having a rep meet us would have improved this.

The hotel itself we were booked into may have been a 4* at one point, but it no longer delivers the expected standard of what I would expect from a 4* hotel.

Communication, particularly around airport transfers felt a little disorganised and I had to reach out for information I felt should have been provided to us. The app we were asked to download wasn’t of any use and superseded by a WhatsApp group.

With a few tweaks to organisation and communication, the experience could be even better and it would have been 5 star but it just lacked that little bit of attention to detail.

Everything from the moment of booking, tailoring our package (ticket type, departure airport and length of stay) went very smoothly. We were always kept up to date with the booking progress through e-mails and the use of the WatsApp group and Vamoos app for in resort updates was superb. Would definitely use again (my brother has already booked for Spa next year and my sister is looking to book Hungary 2026 as well). Many thanks to you all.

We done a back to back Belgum/Hungary F1 with formula escapes this year.Chris Rachel and all the team were amazing.They were very helpfull as I have mobility problems and nothing was too much trouble.My grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed are time with formula escapes and are planing are next one for 2026. Formula Escapes provide an excellent F1 travel experience and can tailor trips to meet your exact needs. Our recent family trip to Spa was very well organised, communication was professional, prompt and accurate. The Office team couldn’t be more helpful and booked fantastic seats (in number order) with great views of the track. The Formula Escapes on-site team were all fantastic too, very helpful and clearly experienced at organising F1 events, airport pick-ups, etc. Travel to the circuit was well organised, with good humour and some fun competitions. Overall the package FE put together provided a great trip at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Formula Escapes for F1 trips and we shall definitely look forward to booking with Formula Escapes again!

Just got back from this years Belgium GP at Spa. Really enjoyable trip with Sam, Ali & Chris really looked after all that attended. With fantastic communication during the race weekend. Enjoyed it so much now looking at at Monza for next year.

We used Formula Escapes for a previous booking in 2022, and returned this year. The company are fantastic. Communication is top tier. Booking and itinerary, tickets and travel are all planned for you, taking away the stress of planning on your own. You meet other like minded people on the trips too, making some lovely lasting memories. Everything is made effortless and nothing is too much trouble. We will be booking again for 2026!
