My package of 12 cans of formula was delayed/denied by the FDA when it arrived in the US on its way to my home. After reaching out to customer service, they responded within minutes, reassuring me that my son would get the formula he needed. They immediately sent me one can of his formula from the Los Angeles warehouse to give my original package time to get cleared. When the original package was still showing a delay with no updates days later, Formuland didn’t hesitate to send me a full replacement. The formula arrived promptly, ensuring my son didn’t have to switch to a different formula temporarily. I was truly so impressed with Formuland’s response time and course of action.

I really appreciate that Formuland makes finding the right formula for my baby easy and cost effective! I told them that one of the formulas I tried caused an eczema breakout and they reimbursed me for the box so that I could try another. Makes it so much less stressful to find a formula that agrees with him.

The order came as described very quickly. Formula is very expensive but apparently this is a much better deal. I purchased for my great grandson when he visits. This particular formula can't be found in stores so I am happy with my purchase.

As a first time mom who started formula feeding at 2m, I exclusively use and trust Formuland to purchase my baby’s formula. I have reached out to customer service a couple times and they have been such a pleasure to work with. I use the HIPP Dutch formula as recommended by my sleeping and feeding consultant but even if I used formula accessible to me by local store I would purchase from Formuland to support their business. I truly think this is the best customer support I have ever had and am excited to be a customer going forward. Highly, highly recommend.

I have been ordering formula from Formuland since 2023, we have always been so happy with fast delivery and have had great customer service. I do regret to say that I will not be ordering anymore formula though because my package had been stuck with a clearance delay for over a week and no date saying when it will be delivered. I know the company has no control over that, but I just don't want other people to also lose their money when their formula doesn't arrive.

I received a package of formula that was damaged/opened and had liquid on a couple of the cans. I contacted the company because this was disgusting. The company sent a prepaid label to ship the cans to what I assume is their US base in LA. Immediately after learning the package was picked up by fedex, a new shipment was shipped out. I appreciate the help provided. I feel like the company respected my concerns, and provided good customer service.

Formuland has very great customer services. They will work with you and assist you in what you need. I trust the products they sell. I have no problem when I observed my baby takes them. They send formulas very fast. The only thing I experienced is that when I ordered Jovie that will be expiring this April 2026, customs detained it for further statement. I have not received seen it move. So my take away to that is not to order a formula that will be expiring soon.

We ordered on saturday and the package was picked up by shipping company the same day and delivered on Monday! Super fast and convenient

I was really looking forward to my purchase, especially after I’ve added more items to get the free shipping. However, when I received one of the cans it was dented badly and I refused to give my baby any milk from a dented can. Over all I appreciated the shipping and the convenient it of having European formula delivered to my house in the US.
