Horrible package. All wet, cans dented, box ripped apart. With all the money you pay, you would expect the formula to arrive in a decent condition.
Also package got later than first stateted.

Edit: The company contacted me right away with an apology and stating they will submit a complaint to the shipping company after sending the pictures to them. They offered to either replace the items ( 4 cans ) or refund the difference ( dented cans ). We truly didn't have more formula in order to wait for the replacement so we accepted the refund difference. They were extremely responsive and kind in their responses.
I hope they follow up with the shipment company and find a better way to send their products because we are excited to be able to get European formula!

Honestly, my experience turned out well. When you live in the United States and place an international order, anything can happen. The package comes from very far away, so delays or issues are sometimes beyond anyone’s control.

I placed an order and unfortunately it was lost during shipping. I contacted them, and they responded very quickly and immediately sent a replacement with express shipping. They consistently replied to my messages and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process.

I truly have no complaints. I would definitely buy from them again. They even gave me a discount code for my next purchase because of the inconvenience, even though I understand that the situation was not really their fault or mine.

Despite that, they still took responsibility and helped resolve everything. I really appreciate their support and customer service, and I would absolutely order from them again.

Ordering has always been easy super easy! I reached out at one point because I did not realize I had made 2 purchases (1 single can as a subscription and another as a bundle of 4 cans). I needed to cancel my order before the order was fulfilled but my device was having a hard time completing my request. I reached out and they responded very quickly, cancelled my order, sent a refund, and cancelled my subscription for me within minutes of sending the email. This company is amazing. We recently moved and my old address was automatically loaded into the shipping address and I didn't catch it until after I put my order in.
