My items arrived in a timely fashion and quality was good. Unfortunately the items did not fit me, but I worked with Abi in customer services and she was amazing! Very responsive, helpful and resolved my inquiry so quickly! Even though my items didn’t work, I would still shop here again because of the great customer service I received.

Some items from this store are somewhat decent when it comes to quality but it’s really a gamble because most things are awful quality but have an expensive price tag! The clothes often fit weirdly and are poorly made. You can only do returns for store credit but you must pay $5 for a return QR code which is kind of ridiculous.

I’m so obsessed with this dress I bought!! Makes me feel like a million friggin bucks. I ordered a ring as well that came a little wonky, so I reached out to support and was not disappointed. Abi responded in less than 24hrs and immediately solved my issue. 10/10 will be ordering again
