This isn’t as bad as ordering from a fake Chinese made website. However, it’s close.

Their dresses aren’t cheap nor are they quality.

1. It takes two weeks to arrive to North America (coming from Aus)
2. You pay the import fees and taxes
3. The dresses DO NOT I repeat, do not look like they do on their website, you’ll have to alter it (as with many dresses)
4. It’s not cheap/nor is it expensive. Though, I’d argue it’s too expensive for what it is. Ex: Zara is the same quality, arguably better & they’re cheaper.
5. If you need to contact someone, phone lines are open 9-5 M-F Aus time… yikes
6. Return policy gives you a credit to their store, not a refund.

If I knew all of this, I’d never order from them.

It’s just not worth it for the price, quality, support and the wait to get your item.. not worth it.

I ordered some Rolla's jeans from this company in a hard to find color that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was a little sketched out after reading other reviews, but I received the jeans as expected and they were authentic. I had tried them on before so I knew what size to buy. They were way overpriced so I guess maybe they buy up inventory from other companies and sell it at a higher price. I would probably not order something from here that was from an unknown brand, but I can confirm that in this case they delivered an authentic product.

They sent me the wrong order and now refuse to resend until I mail them my order back. I'm operating off store credit and they won't even return store credit to my account so I can repurchase. Not to mention everything i have received from this store is insanely poor quality. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND TRASH

Definitely don’t order from this company. I have been waiting almost a month for my refund from my retuned items and they still have not given me my money back. I would never order from them again. I would give no stars if possible. Just want my money back.

I'm still waiting for my order! Placed it on the 22 of October for an event that has been and gone and still no sign of my dress. The tracking initially wasn't sent through to me so I had to chase that up and now the tracking hasn't been updated in over 2 weeks. I would hate to imagine what it would be like closer to Christmas! So I would keep that in mind before placing an order through them. They also don't accept refunds which is annoying as because I have been waiting so long that I don't need the dress anymore!

Mes arguments:

- Frais de douanes dissimulés pour récupérer le colis car Fortunate One ne propose que DHL Express comme option de livraison.
- Les vêtements taillent trop petit et on ne peut renvoyer les articles qu'à nos frais, et ensuite il faut refaire un achat et à nouveau payer des frais d'expédition + frais de douanes si on veut faire un échange. Car la politique d'échange ne permet pas de faire autrement.

Ne comptez pas sur le service client pour vous aider. Vous serez mis en communication avec Abigael qui ne sait rien faire d'autre que de vous répondre avec des template d'e-mail, et elle aime aussi signer par "Peace, Love", alors qu'elle vous méprise avec ses réponses bidons.

Seriously I am actually offended by this company. I purchased a skirt through their website that I am supposed to wear IN A WEDDING next weekend and paid in full. They sent me a random crop top that I did not purchase. I quickly reached out to them about how I could get them this crop top back and receive the skirt in time for my friends wedding. They took their time getting back to me, requesting photos of the random crop top and they took even more time to reach out saying “the skirt is no longer in stock” with a kissy face. They intend to send me a full refund once they receive the top back…

AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE? You sold me a skirt, you sent me a top, then you sold MY skirt that I paid for to someone else and now you’re “out of stock :)x”. How is that even possible that you’re so disorganized and inconsiderate as a business? Now I am the only bridesmaid that can’t find the skirt and I have bridezilla bestie screaming at me because of this companies incompetence and disregard for anything except payment… guess what else, I am still waiting to hear back if they plan to help me locate this skirt beyond a refund. TOTAL JOKE. save your money and time — shop elsewhere where they actually care about their customers.

Extremely fast shipping I received it overnight not on express shipping !! The clothes are such good and high-quality pieces as well and I love them so much and continue to buy here.

One out of three items fit me properly, but I wanted to return + get refund for the other two (non-sale) items but was told they do not offer refunds.

They told me my refund would be approved as a "one-time exception only" when I pushed back, which I appreciate, but made my mind up about shopping there again..Would advise against purchasing here unless you're certain about the fit.
