Purchased a sauna online, according to website unit would ship upon order confirmation and be delivered in two weeks. Emails sent by the business saying everything was on schedule. When I never received the unit after three weeks I contacted the company and thats when the excuses started. After three months I have yet to receive the unit (sauna was paid in full at the time of the order) and the company keeps on tell me to wait.

Showed us all different types of mattresses. Sales associate was very good with explaining different types of mattresses and best seller ones. Definitely recommend them!

I liked the idea that the store had a family feel to it. Wanted to especially give Luka a huge positive shoutout for being very personable and willing to answer all questions that we had. The free trial is a joke, the unit must be unused, no damage and in original packing and the owner pays for all the packing and shipping cost.

Unfortunately " I disagree with you ", as according to your web site photos of the Serenity Chair, and the sample operation Video you sent .,,,these ....." Do Show a a controller with backlit text function ".....and as such this is why we upgraded to the Serenity model. You did not provided me with what your site implies and shows. Additional.... nowhere on you site information are there any options shown or mentioned for controller option of backlit text functions....

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I wanted to return the item which I paid $150 to ship to my home. They wanted $550 to ship it Back!!! Scam.

Everything was fine before the purchase, but when the defective item was delivered, they did not replace it, they offered very little compensation, and they do not have good support at all. The second issue is about the neck massager, which is not available at all. The neck massager is not suitable for us at all. Does it say so in the technical specifications?!!!!

I purchased a Bixler Corner Chaise from Forward Furniture, and the entire experience has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish.

To begin with, delivery took two months, and the shipment was delayed three separate times during that period. When I finally went to pick up the couch from the shipping company, there was a large hole punched into the side of it—clearly caused by a forklift tine. I immediately notified Forward Furniture and provided all photos and documentation.

At first, they told me they would likely order a replacement and handle the claim directly with the shipper. Instead, after three months of waiting, they informed me the shipping company denied the claim. Forward Furniture then offered me two “goodwill gesture” options:

$100 compensation, or
A replacement couch, but I would have to ship the damaged one back and pay shipping for the replacement.

Both of these options were completely unreasonable. I purchased a brand-new, undamaged couch, and that is what I expect to receive. The shipping company’s claim denial is their issue to resolve—not mine.

When I declined, Forward Furniture told me the supplier no longer had stock of the couch but offered a 30% refund, later increasing it to 50%. I also declined those offers. My expectation remains simple and fair: replace the couch or provide a full refund and retrieve the damaged one.

At this point, because they were unwilling to make things right, I will be submitting a chargeback with Visa.
I strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this company.

From the repeated shipping delays to the refusal to stand behind their product, Forward Furniture has shown they are not willing to do what is right for their customers.

I just want to share my experience because I was honestly surprised by how smooth everything went with Forward Furniture. I ordered a piece for my home, and from the start until the delivery, everything was way better than I expected.

Forward Furniture exceeded my expectations! The pieces are sturdy, stylish, and well-crafted. The whole shopping experience was smooth from ordering to delivery. Will definitely buy again!
