Their after sales service is incredible.
Their after sales service is incredible.
They helped me install my cameras several years ago.
A fault has developed recently in one of the cameras which they couldn't rectify remotely and so they asked for it to be returned for examination and repair.
They kindly sent me a replacement although it was out of warranty.

Disappointed
Disappointed. Bought a new SD4H but it has a fault and does not pan or tilt so pretty useless. I would have hoped a fault like that would have been caught during QA. Now have to return the device and wait for a refund.

Really delighted with such wonderful service from order to delivery.
Very easily ordered online and 2 days later delivered by dpd.
Fabulous to be able to watch our ewes waiting to lamb without having to pull on welly boots and coat every 30 minutes.

Tried to contact Foscam UK
Tried to contact Foscam UK, all departments however no one answered the phones so I tried live chat that was just the same and surprise no response to emails. My camera is no longer connected to the wifi, check wifi setting was on 2.4ghz which it was, removed app then uploaded it again, rebooted the camera and still nothing. Guess the product is only as good as your customer service! Lets see if you respond to this?

Website says free delivery in UK on items over £79. I purchased a camera costing £129 and got charged £30 for delivery to Northern Ireland . If NI is excluded from the free delivery offer then website should reflect this accurately

Product was definitely not new
Product was definitely not new, the seal sticker was broken on arrival and the product inside shows definite signs of use. Didn't have time to resolve it as I needed the camera in a hurry and it works fine, wouldn't have minded but paying full price for a used product was a bit unexpected.

All our products sold as "new" are brand new and have never been used however, some units individual packaging may have been opened to replace power supplies from EU to UK and vice-versa.
