Fosters Trust Dept. looked into, corrected and updated a Trust so that it could then be closed down. This included retiring an old trustee and appointing a new one. All done in a timely manner and on budget. The work was completed by Jordan Rodwell

Fosters have been absolutely fantastic in selling my Mum's house. It wasn't a straight forward sell with LPOA involved as well as other things associated with an older property but Sue and her team dealt with it so professionally. Selling my Property
Although my property took a long while to sell, Sue Zavanaiu at Fosters-solicitors and her team were always positive and very helpful. They never gave up and did a great job once I had a buyer. They always took time to answer all my questions and explain the process and occasional hold-ups.
I would definitely use them again should I need a solicitor in the future.

Amazing Service
I cannot recommend Katy Dickinson and Cora Hunter at Fosters Solicitors highly enough.
From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely excellent. The matter involved a property purchase with bridging finance and a number of issues that needed to be dealt with quickly, and both Katy and Cora were professional, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout.
Communication was first class. I was always kept informed, emails and queries were dealt with promptly, and I never felt that I was left wondering what was happening. When something needed urgent attention, they were on it straight away and made what could have been a fairly stressful transaction feel straightforward and well managed.
What impressed me most was that I genuinely felt they cared about getting the transaction completed for me, rather than simply treating it as another file. They were approachable, knowledgeable and always willing to explain things clearly when needed.
A huge thank you to Katy and Cora for all their hard work and support. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fosters again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, responsive and reliable solicitor.
