Simple process. Good, friendly communication throughout.

I was kept informed and given updates from the start of the process up to the actual telephone appointment. Shane was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything. It wasn’t rushed and I was given plenty of time to make decisions

I have reported this company to the Legal ombudsman, rogue traders and anyone else who will listen to me.
Simpler law hold my mum and dad's Wills my dad recently passed away in March when we contacted them for the original Will they informed me that the Will had come into disrepair my father had only updated it in 2019 so damage should not of occurred, they posted it out to me when I received it, it had all come out of the binding, my solicitor from another company who I am using to sort out my mum and dads estate informed me that probate would not accept the Will.
I contacted Simpler law who told me I would need to pay £360 for a correction of truth I was utterly disgusted how can they charge me for there negligence after lots of phone calls, arguments and emails they eventually gave me the statement of truth, I would like to know how many other people are they doing this too!
My next problem is I am now trying to get hold of my mums original Will again I
have made numerous calls, emails and I’m basically being ignored I can’t understand why they want to hold onto someone’s Will who has been passed away for Seven years.
When you lose a loved one you really don’t need to be dealing with this company, I worry that there are some elderly vulnerable individuals that may be taken advantage of.
I have accepted that I’m not going to get my mums Will if it makes Simpler Law happy then so be it.
