Very much appreciated, genuine people.I did the 5-day challenge—the best free online challenge. They are real heroes.Today, I found out that I had been charged twice for a monthly subscription. I sent an email and received a speedy reply. It turned out that I had mistakenly subscribed with a wrong/non-existent email address initially.Customer service offered me a refund and also cancelled the subscription linked to the "wrong email."I'm very satisfied and learning new things as a total beginner (Alice from Wonderland). 😁 Thank you for what you do!

I have bought courses and although only working through them when I have needed any help from customer services they have always been able to be kind, friendly and solve all my questions. I feel confident that the company will always try their best to find a solution to any request. Issues are always solved and answered promptly no waiting, or people saying they will get back to you. I have dealt with Karina today and she was a star.

These 5 days were so informative and educational. From the first day my confidence i my idea increased tremendously. So many wow momenta and such great value and amazing team of people.

The support team has been swift to respond, kind and considerate with my concerns.
I initially joined the 5-day live training with group coaching but the messaging from (a handful of) different platforms was conflicting. Thanks to the proper onboarding call, the support team's 5-star responses, the good quality content, the personalized program, and the down-to-earth hosts gave me good reasons to continue to see this program through.
I've enrolled in several other programs, but the people here felt the most approachable.
The price is quite expensive for absolute beginners, but they do provide inclusive offers.
I'm looking forward to when you can house all the courses, community, streams, and downloads into one single dashboard/platform--that would be perfect!

This is my second review and still 5 stars!
A misunderstanding occurred around the subscription for which I contacted support.
I gave the full to make sure they understood the situation yet their reply felt inconsiderate at first and somewhat dismissive.
So I replied to try to clarify because, from the last time I contacted them, I couldn't believe they would be that way.
Yet, another reply from another staff member repeated the same thing in a longer way.
So I replied to express my disappointment and loss of trust.
The new reply was more considerate adding that my case has been escalated to the resolution team.
I quickly got a reply from the resolution team telling me that this should not have happened and they compensated me beyond the necessary to show their goodwill.
Here is what I understand through this experience.
Like any company, FDoundr is operated by humans.
They have systems in place and sometimes humans and systems are not perfect.
I know that operating a business is usually not a walk in the park and above this, people usually are very strict and quick to point fingers at company owners and staff and expect perfect, with absolutely no flaw.
Instead of first attempting to resolve an issue with the support team, many times, people rush to reviews and social media to give a harsh review and hope to affect the company badly as vengeance.
I love to give a chance to resolve things directly and give a company a fair chance to fix issues.
Unfortunately, it does not always work.
I've had terrible experiences and yet do not wish these other companies any harm.
But I will never do business with such companies again.
With Foundr, the experience ended positively.
They admitted their fault and the fact that there was a flaw in their system for this to happen and that it is actively being attended to so that does not repeat.
I was also compensated beyond the fault I incurred to show their goodwill.
And all this, within 1 day! This is so important.
Being swift in resolving an issue is so important to avoid more damage.
I must praise Foundr for their extremely fast action, and thank them for the final consideration they have shown me.

i bought the start and scale course, in my opinion it was outdated. There are some good things but for sure not worth the $997 i paid for. Ecom is a rapid changing industry and if youre not actively sharing new insigghts it's not good, you can find all info in youtube as well.
The course helped you with starting, but definately not with scaling. Also the method used at the time an outdated strategy for starting, so i wasn't happy about that.
I saw you can now access all the courses for $500 per year, which means i unfortunately paid too much for the s&s course.
However i think that for $500 a year for all the courses, you can extract some good things and it's good value.
I'll give it 2 stars for the value and money exchange and bc i paid to much. If i would have bought foundr+ with that money i probably would have given it at least 4 stars, but just dont expect to recieve recent industry insights
Edit: I'm very positivvely impressed by the customer service and the help i got after sharing my feedback. That's why I change my review to 4 stars.

Foundr is the best platform if you want to start your entrepreneurial journey. The quality of the courses and the credibility of the mentor they bring to teach is top-notch. I love the way they design their curriculum to include all the lessons that we need to know about that topic. and their support team is also great. So, if anybody is thinking of becoming a member, I would say, give it a go. They also have a money-back guarantee, in case you don't like it for any reason. But I'm damn sure, you will like it a lot.

Foundr is an excellent media company. Their product is top of the market with many distinguished ecommerce founders and marketers teaching the course. It is very well structured and detailed. The content is exceptionally well crafted and indepth. I wouldnt hestiate to recommend Foundr for anyone venturing into ecommerce!
