Having had problems with a kitchen tap, I contacted the secretary at the Fred Perks office, who was very helpful and arranged for their plumber to call the very next morning at 8.30am. Then their plumber, Lewis, arrived early on the day, examined what was wrong and presented some options, giving reasonable prices and checking what I needed. He very helpfully went out of his way to make sure I got what was needed by going to his merchant and collecting the right product, returning to complete the job there and then in a very efficient and tidy way. From the moment he arrived, he was careful, courteous, thorough and carried out the job expertly. Fred Perks Ltd appears to me to be a reliable company which gives value for money.

A very professional company with customer care at the top of their agenda. Friendly, knowledgeable and capable.
Will always use in the future for all my heating and plumbing requirements.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink, Lewis came and sorted the problem in no time , a new outside tap and kitchen tap later it was all sorted.

Worcester gas boiler replacement was carried out last week and we would highly recommend Fred Perks to you. Very tidy work carried out in one day. No problems experienced since installation. Extremely competitive price quoted. Would 100% use again and will be switching to Fred Perks for annual service as well.
