Alex came and fixed my leaking kitchen sink outlet at very short notice at a very reasonable price. I then asked him to quote to replace my shower pump and upgrade my daughter’s shower. This has been completed to a very high standard and exactly when promised, I am delighted with the work and how courteous both Alex and Charlie were.

We have used Tommy's for 3 new bathrooms, a little kitchennete fit, plus a whole garden room plumb, over the last 10 years (plus a full heating system flush + update), and they've excelled throughout, at a very reasonable price. They have beaten our expectations, and will certainly be using them again. Very friendly guys, keep you updated with progress, and ask you questions at the right time to ensure you can put your personal touches on the finish. Alex is always engaged, very friendly, and oversees the team very effectively. Very happy with the finished product.

Alex and team have been looking after my elderly stepdad’s plumbing and heating needs for a few years now. They’re all personable, trustworthy, reliable and very competent! They do the annual service and other plumbing and heating requirements that have cropped up. Also fitted a new shower area. Always find them to be excellent and efficient.

Alex provided two excellent plumbers, Sam and Harley, who sorted out our hot water and pipework problems left by a previous individual. They were courteous and exceptionally clean in carrying out their work throughout the day and I would not hesitate to recommend their employer.

Recently had a boiler system replaced. Was able to deal with a few last minute changes by me to get everything working as I needed. I've used them a few times before (recommended by a friend of mine) and always appreciated their quick response to our heating and gas issues previously.
