Been at this company for three years, noticed my policy would change to a higher price after paying the second month. Contacted freeway support, they saw the changes and saw that "I owned" my home when I clearly don't. I never once said that i do. I OWNED my vehicle. Not my house. The agent i go to in opelousas louisiana did/doing illegal things with my account claiming that im an home owner. Without proof of it, i then have to pay a full amount without having any sort of discount for being a customer for almost 3 years. I was told that I was going to get a called back about the situation, but this is the third time I was screwed over by either my agent or the company. It's been 2 months and this sorry excuse of a company never bothered to reach out to me about the situation. I have proof of payment changes and what im supposed to pay. The first time, they forced me to pay 2 times in one month and struggled to try and fix it. The agent kept making excuses, "they never got in touched with me" when it was already 3 months at that time. Im at the point of suing this company.

I was talking to the rep Janessa Singh she was extremely helpful and helped me get insurance I can afford, when I had questions they were answered thoroughly and very clearly and she really really helped me especially when she got her manager to also help when I had a more serious question. 10/10 Would recommend ask for her she's awesome!!

My husband called the company trying to renew the insurance and this guy name johan elizalde told him that there was another company cheaper than one he had. So he proceeded to switch companies. After 4 months the new company (bridget) decided to cancel my husband’s policy for non payment. But,my husband paid for full 6 months . We were trying to reach that guy (johan elizalde ) and he never called back. One of his coworkers said that she was johan assistance (which is not true) those people don’t have assistants. When I explained to her what happened, she said..unfortunately there’s nothing we can do!..how easily is for them just to say that!!! When they already got their money and we lost ours!!! Be careful on who you trust with your money. We earned our money decently working while this people earned their money stealing from others !!!
