It's been a month since I placed my order, I emailed customer services and she said delivery is held up at customs & she would let me know when Royal Mail have it. I've emailed since for an update & had no reply. I'll be requesting a refund if I've not received a reply soon...
21/12 update... they ignored emails and sent an automated email to say your order had been dispatched... only half turned up £40 for 5 airfreshners... absolutely mugged off!
Ordered item on 11th Nov
Ordered item on 11th Nov, I then emailed chasing and received an apology email back saying there was a delay on the 22nd Nov. Since I have sent 2 other emails and have not had a single response.
Terrible company and customer service.
Look different to the advertising
They look nothing like the photos on the instagram and TikTok pages they are so small and the colours of the bottles are very pale and faded!! Would not buy again!!
Do not risk your money with Freshenify
Ordered early November. No communications for 5 weeks. Tried to email, no response. Tried to email email again, nothing. This company is not wholesome. Do not risk your money. Now got to work out how to get my money back. Avoid.
Ordered and failed to turn up
Ordered and failed to turn up. Emailed and got a reply to say that “the order would be dispatched next week”, nothing received and now no further response from them. Bank have refunded money and investigating further.
Just don't!!
Ordered an item on the 12th Nov. The company terms as stated on their page is 3-9 days processing.
I waited...nothing.
Contacted them by email on the 25th. Received a reply on the 27th saying "it looks like we're running a bit late with your order, but please don't worry".
I replied saying I needed it by Wed 4th Dec at the latest as it was a gift. 'Ramona' replied and said she would "personally track [my] order and will let [me] know" once she had information.
I heard nothing. I emailed again on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th...no reply.
I've now given up on receiving either my item or another reply.
Poor service.
Poor communications.
I won't go near them ever again.
UPDATE... It eventually arrived around a few days before Xmas. It looked good, but it was not worth the hassle.

Lack of info or updates post-ordering
Placed an order for 10 air personalised air freshers on the 8th November and still haven't received anything - contacted support on the 27th and still no reply..is this company real or is this a scam?
Do not order from them
Order placed 18 days ago and there’s still no sign of it. I’ve emailed them twice for an update and have receive zero response. I’m guessing my request for a refund will also be ignored. Do not order from this company.

Old Woman Smell
Purchased 3 personalised air fresheners, with new car smell, only to be despatched with Old Woman smell.
Won't be recommending.
UPDATE: Contacted the company, they dispatched another order - unscented.

Reliable company
That was the second time that I ordered air freshner from them, and have to say the support was helpful all the time. After the order, I got a mail that the Royal Post lost a bunch of packages, mine too, but they updated me that they are really sorry about the situation, and will send my order as soon as possible. They did, and I got my order 12 days later.
If you want to blame someone, blame the Royal Post.
I can just recommend them :)

I have ordered two air fresheners. One for me and one for my partner. They were pictures of our puppy which came out really well. The order arrived as planned and in good condition. When I opened package I was surprised by the good quality and it also smells really nice. I will definitely order again and I’m getting a couple for my family as well.

“I ordered my air fresheners on the 25th of September and later received an email informing me that Royal Mail had lost my order. I understood the situation and didn’t complain. I don’t understand why some people feel the need to complain immediately when they don’t get an answer or their order on time. Things happen, and the company can’t control Royal Mail. As the email mentioned, we will still receive our orders. What’s the point of complaining? To destroy a small business? Or just because you’re used to receiving things the next day? They sell personalized products, which take time to make.
People need to get a life and stop ruining businesses just because they’re bored!”

Told that my order was lost in the post one week after placing the order without a shipping confirmation. No response from the website when emailed or called. Feels like a scam, avoid at all cost.

Awful scam company
Awful scam company. Ordered and paid for delivery. Nothing received. Then after chasing told Royal Mail had lost their order and refused a refund. Then two weeks later received another email saying Royal Mail had lost their orders again and refused a refund. I’ve asked for my money back 4 times now. I’m so disgusted and ashamed to have been scammed in this way. This company is preying on people and taking their money and causing distress by their deceit and theft. Have notified trading standards and also Royal Mail.

They emailed to say they had issued a refund even though below they said they wouldn't. The refund has not been received.
As a business you will have insurance and therefore you can claim on this to pay your customers back and argue the costs with Royal Mail. I am not responsible for the contract you have with Royal Mail and you are responsible for the transactional contract you have with your customers. You have not demonstrated any integrity or accountability in your handling of this and therefore I am still suspecting you are a scam organisation since I have received neither refund nor product. I have now seen COUNTLESS accounts of customers saying you have been doing this same story for years to other people.
