I don't understand why none of my feedback is taken into account. I have provided multiple feedbacks on the quality and taste of food.
For example when you pick "Spicy" on the dash board menu, you food is delivered as "No Spice". And is completely bland. The taste is so awful I have had to throw the food I get and cook myself. I have been doing this for over 4 weeks now, your teams either don't read the reviews or just ignore the feedback. I'm about to cancel your service.

The quality of the food, superior packaging, easy to cook

The food is pretty decent but this company is straight scum. They effed up my orders over and over. Constantly asked me to provide pictures as the issue persisted. I also had numerous tech issues with the website right off the bat upon signing up but kept giving them a chance. They then switched to offshore customer service reps for calls which was horrendously inept. They give 0 F*cks about correcting any of this, it just continued and they did nothing differently. The last straw was I sent an email after my most recent order had a wrong item. It was unresponded to for almost a month. This Brianna chick who seems to be a main contact in the US finally responded. Pathetically offering to credit just the one meal after this had happened like 6-7 times previously and was ignored for close to a month. No budging on doing anyting further to take accountability and show appreciation for someone who had spent thousands after numerous mistakes.

I chose meals then got different ones than I ordered. The following weeks meals were not at all what I was looking for. Thr tofu meals that I have had so far were terrible. The tofu was extremely bland and the vegetables flavor was off-putting to me. Two of the meals had so many green chili’s that it ruined the whole meal for me. The meals are just not what I’m looking for. I don’t enjoy cheese, even if it is vegan so any of the meals that have cheese. Go straight in the trash. I used ti be happy with the service but I am done. Thanks.

From the menu selection, it showed the many dietary options such as Keto and Whole30. However, the meals lack any taste, flavor, and if the Nutritional content is true to the number, very high in many bad things. The vacuum seal is an absolute pain to deal with, and if you don't air fry or use the oven, the quality isn't the best for microwave. I've tried the breakfast and the entree (5 each) and as of today I dread eating the food. Customer Service was awesome when I had 22 meals most were not eaten, and they covered one week where I just paid minimal. For me personally, i won't be using the service after February. This rating is for me alone. It may vary from person to person.

Customer service replied quickly, was friendly, and resolved my order issue.

I like fresh n lean because I can have fresh food that is dairy and gluten free without harmful chemicals. They are a bit more than other meal services, but I think overall they are the freshest. What I wish was a little better is that the food is usually a little mushy and the when it is time to pick my meals the selection is kind of low. To be fair it’s probably because dairy and gluten free is hard to pull off. Also, I have tried to cancel my membership 3 times and their site keeps restarting it. It’s hard to get hold of a person. But, their food IS fresh and creative!!

Although the wait fot help via chat was very long, Daisy addressed my needs very quickly once she came on. She was polite and accommodating and efficient.

I’ve been utilizing Fresh N Lean for over two years now, and it has been an absolute game-changer for my busy lifestyle. I legitimately don’t know how I used to live without it! It’s one of those things you don’t realize the impact of having freshly prepared healthy food delivered to your house every week. No more plastic Tupperware, no more late nights in the kitchen cleaning dishes...I’ll even go multiple weeks sometimes without even needing to go to the grocery store. Fresh N Lean has made my life insurmountably better in so many ways, and it is the only meal prep company that doesn’t actually feel or taste like meal prep. The ingredients taste fresh and appealing, not like typical meal prep fare. I feel good about eating clean, wholesome meals without all the prep work. It's so convenient to have delicious, healthy dishes delivered to my door. Thanks, Fresh N Lean, for making it easy to eat healthy and delicious meals and for providing an invaluable solution for my busy lifestyle!

Last week I was scheduled to receive my 1st FNL delivery which unfortunately, was delayed due to weather. I reached out to Fresh N Lean’s customer support & they were extremely helpful! While I wasn’t able to eat the meals due to the extended time out of refrigeration, I was able to receive a full credit back to my account for my next order. Thanks Frank S.!

The web site was very difficult to maneuver. I couldn't figure out how to order meals... and all of a sudden they billed my charge card. Decided this wasn't going to work.

Meals are well put together and taste great.

The food is clean, nourishing, solid portions, and I never feel like I've over/under eaten. The variety of choices is great and I can always get a mixture of meats, fish, veggies, and any vegan options too. Having the support of a staff nutritionist as well is helpful to remove any guessing from my end on what I should eat and what I can try. Lastly, some of the extras like the bulk meats, almond butter cups (these are CRAZY GOOD), and granola, nuts, etc. are great additions to the weekly meal plan to keep me from spending excess budget on eating out and snacking throughout my week. Well priced too! A similar ready-to-eat meal that's organic and quality costs around $20/meal in stores. Clean, easy, efficient!

Food is good. A few times the meal was not to my liking but only a few.

The food is good but their technology and customer service are lacking. I also have concerns about how much plastic is used and how much it touches the food. It keeps it fresh but then is also leeching things into the food. As for customer service they take forever to get back to you and sometimes never connect with you. There are regular tech issues that make it hard to see ingredients, order all of the extra meals, and more.

Best company out there doing this. Organic ingredients goes against a company trying to maximize high profit.
No corners cut here as far as I can tell.
