The scarf I ordered turned out to be much nicer then I expected. It fits well, has a lovely colour and keeps me very warm. I’m very happy with how versatile it is and how well it goes with different outfits. I am definitely getting another one in a different colour.

I bought this scarf for my wife, quick delivery and she is delighted with it.

Poor quality item. If you are bigger than a size 10 or have any size chest you have no hope.

Item was mostly acrylic wool, didn’t read this before or I wouldn’t have purchased.
Acrylic wool doesn’t drape as well so unsure why they chose this. The wool is very scratchy and static. Not good for
item which goes near your hair.

It’s was impossible to style the item. I did notice on videos they promote the item is much longer and larger than the ones supplied. I’m surmising that’s how they get you - the items they have are different from those they send out.

30/10 I have edited the above review as it would appear the company owner of this site gets her friends and family to write reviews. I have proof of this and Trustpilot are investigating. If a company has to ask for false reviews what does that show you? Think before you buy!

These are garbage. Poor quality and creates limited mobility-like a T-Rex. To return is $200 shipping. Insane. Wouldn't recommend unless you like to be tied up in plastic yarn.

Didn't receive 1st order and the replaced immediately after I emailed. I live in the US so delivery to longer. Absolutely love these scarves! I've been using large scarves to do the same for years but having the sleves work so much better. Wonderful product, no idea why there are so many negative reviews written. Now have 3 in total and plan to buy more for gifts. Thank you Freyaharper!!!

Far too little material to do the wraps shown in the videos. I'm a short size 10 and when I try and do any of the wraps I can't move my arms as there isn't enough material to wrap and provide arm movement. Shame at it's a great idea, just poorly executed.

While the scarf is soft and pretty it is a PAIN to out on. The enclosed sleeve length is too short. It doesn't manipulate like you want it too. And I can also tell with all the stretching you have to do, it's going to warp and stretch out QUICK. It's loosely stitched and the yarn definitely not top notch. Also it didnt come with a purchase recipet but ok no biggie. What really made me upset was 0 given inatructions, i had to go online for videos (that moved way to fast) to see how to style. Was really sad about this purchase. I would save the money and find something else. A bolero and scarf separate perhaps.

This scarf doesn’t manipulate as pictured. You look like a mummy. It costs too much to return so I am stuck with a mess. Don’t purchase. If you don’t like the product you can’t make a return.

I bought a beautiful light pink scarf and very happay with the fit and quality ! Fast delivery, I will buy again!

I just received 2 amazing scarves- I couldn’t decide on the colour so I ordered both! This is exactly what I was looking for! I love wearing bodies and all I need sometimes is scarf to wrap around my shoulder. They are warm, stylish, amazing colours (I ordered the light mint and light grey colours). Very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend!

The company does not make returns easy. The product didn't fit. I live in the US, and to make a return I have to ship it to England - It's ridiculous. They sent an email saying it was shipped from the UK but the package I received said it was shipped from FL.

I feel really silly for ordering from a company that doesn't show any real pictures of people wearing the sweaters. I received the sweater/wrap and the fabric is fine, but it doesn't wrap neatly like the photos. It's a pretty chunky fabric, and it looks like an ill-fitting scrap instead of a cute outer layer. Returns are a hassle and I think they just bank on you giving up rather than demanding your rightful refund.

Had to return one of those stupid

Firstly you have to pay for your own returns (product was NOT as described so why should I be out of pocket)
You have to email for a returns label. That took 3 days. I then returned the item. This was in January.
They received it 3 days later (tracking shows this)
Fast forward to first week in March and I had to chase them for a refund. Rude person answering emails (Kirsty you need customer service training asap) says it’s not received, I share tracking with them and got a rude email
“We don’t know where that is so you need to contact Royal Mail.”

Bunch of scammers selling cheap Chinese Tat clothes at rip off prices.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not order from this place - I did and the item was so big and didn’t look right at all. I requested a refund and this was approved and so sent item back using label they sent me and 4 weeks later still waiting for my refund. I contacted them via their contact form over a week ago about this and about the fact I have not had me refund and heard nothing from them

I purchased a scarf but it was too big. The item arrived without a returns label and unfortunately being a busy parent carer I missed the information about needing to write to the company within two weeks. When I did email Freya Harper flatly refused to engage, just said I'd missed the deadline. I've lost my money and I'm stuck with a product of no use to me. I would not recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars then I would, absolutely terrible products, very poor quality, very little material to them which means they cannot be worn the way they show them. Zero help from customer service, they take your money then run! Stay well away!!!

DO NOT BUY terrible quality, beware 14 day return only, even though I explained we were unwell and couldnt arrange return, also explained that they were not fit for purpose, can't get them to look like they claim to, but they will not refund or reply to emails. Very expensive mistake on my part!!! Any reputable company would refund a dissatisfied customer.

Loved my scarf, very happy with the quality, same as shown on the website. Customer service was really helpful and got it delivered to me on time as i needed it promptly.

Appalling! there is a reason they mostly show without a person wearing them in the videos! its because it doesn't fit or sit as show whatsoever. In the one video I found of a person in a Scarf Warmer, it was much bigger scarf, better quality and fit for the woman. I am far smaller and petite to the lady shown in comparison. I am a very narrow shouldered, small wasted size 10. I was not worried this would not fit like in the other reviews. This is not that you are too large ladies! the product is simply not fit for purpose! its not you! As I say I am much smaller than the lady shown. They aren't the same product! no way! very misleading indeed, I have a mind to go to Trading Standards.

Also, the quality is very very poor, the hems don't sit straight, all wiggly lines not a nice neat edge or finish at all, shocking quality. I could of knitted one of a better quality and standard myself. I have never received such a shockingly poor item which is nothing like the videos, photography, images ever. I feel compelled to write this review to save others from wasting their money. Please don't part with your money for this utter tat. I have far better quality scarfs for far far less money. The wool used is very very thin and there are faults in the colour too. Its a really very poor and nasty item. I wish I had never ordered it. No doubt others with get sucked in like I did by the beautiful photography and misrepresenting videos and sale price! The marketing is very good but exceptionally misleading, NOT THE SAME PRODUCT, you get something far sub standard. I would expect to see this priced at £8 absolute most but if I saw in a shop the awful quality would stop me from purchasing even at this price anyway.

Again I can't express enough, what you receive is NOTHING like shown in application, quality, colour, size, finish - nothing is the same apart from the Freya black label ironically. Exceptionally poor! I am trying to find out if I can return as we speak. Utter tat, please do not buy and save yourself from wasting your money. Search for their return policy on the website brings up no results, nothing in the packaging about returns also. That says it all I'm afraid.....

Update: after messages and emails I managed to return, guss what! They have their shoddy product back to resell on but I STILL HAVE NO REFUND!
