Fantastic service! Jeanette was instrumental in helping organise this epic fly drive adventure to Newfoundland. My endless questions were always answered promptly and the advice offered on where to stay/stop/visit was invaluable. It was seamless and even when i had questions when i was away about cancelled trips- she dealt with them without it effecting any of the holiday. Streamlined, efficient and professional, and i feel more importantly, with a personal touch.
I will definitely be using again.

Jeanette arranged our Bespoke 16 day fly drive holiday to western Canada for 7 of us. We gave her a budget and basic things we wanted to do/see and she came up with the Holiday of a lifetime. From start to finish Jeanette was brilliant, from organising flights, amazing hotels, Car rental and a 3 day stay at Sundance Ranch. Jeanette also arranged all the trips we wanted to do eg Capilano Suspension Bridge, Peak to Peak Gondola, Flight in a De Havilland sea plane and loads more.
We can not thank her enough for her patience and planning for our amazing trip and answering our numerous questions so quickly.
We would definitely recommend Frountier Travel and we will use them again for any future trips im sure

I just wanted to say thank you to Joanne for everything she has done for me … I have had the bestest time at the La Reata Ranch… George was a brilliant host and so funny, I’m hoping to return again next year ❤️ … I met some lovely people and lifetime friends, we went to a Rodeo, worked cattle properly and got hands on with everything… none of this would have been possible without the help of Joanne so thank you so much ❤️… Joanne couldn’t have been more HELPFUL and KIND to me and I appreciate what she has done, so again thank you so much ❤️  I will recommend you and use you again ❤️

Just wanted to message you and say thank you soo much for organising our holiday. Other than the initial panic of our flight being cancelled due to a hole in the side (thankfully they found us another plane quite quickly!) we have had THE best holiday ever. The ranch is amazing and the staff extremely friendly and welcoming. The food (even though I’m vegan) was plentiful and always something for me to eat. The rides were amazing and the wranglers helpful and knowledgeable. My only problem is how am I going to afford to go back next year, because I NEED to go back!! Thank you once again for organising my dream holiday.

I contacted Frontier and spoke to Jeanette and told her of my plans for a 3 week holiday to Maritime Canada. From the word go, Jeanette's manner was condescending and bullying and her tone shrill. I gave her all the necessary details to begin planning the trip and explained that we were anxious to get the flights sorted out before prices went up too much. It was a complicated scenario as my daughter in Canada is planning to join us for part of the trip but I felt that I provided enough information for Jeanette to deal with my query. She said she would get back to me.That was 5 days ago, and still I haven't heard anything from Jeanette or anyone else at Frontier. I checked out their reviews before I phoned this company, so I am extremely disappointed by their lack of response and also by the attitude of Jeanette. Even my husband, who overheard the conversation, commented on her manner.
Perhaps Frontier don't need the business, but they certainly need to give their staff some training in customer service!

Great price and great service. Frontier were excellent, providing loads of useful information for our particular needs especially in regard to our hotel. Clearly very experienced. They were also really patient when we started changing our plans.

Frontier Travel were great, very responsive and supportive answering my various questions very quickly. They made the whole process of booking our holiday smooth and hassle free. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The information they sent was clear and helpful. I will definitely use them again for future holidays to Canada.

The staff are really helpful and go the extra mile to find the right package for you . We have used the company 2 years running and have been very happy each time . Smooth transfers and excellent hotel recommendations . I wouldn’t use anyone else to arrange my trip to Canada .

Michael made the whole experience a breeze!!
We travelled to Sun Peaks as a group of 7. The recommendation of hotel was perfect and resort ideal for our group and beyond our expectations!
After having to make last minute changes which the response was "just leave it with me" and accommodated with no fuss, I cannot have more faith in a company to look after us.
There are many businesses that could take a lesson from these guys. Thank You!!

Just back from our third Canada skiing trip with Frontier.
Michael has dealt with our requests for each trip with aplomb despite Covid.
Where possible he has found us the best deals for accommodation, lifts and kit hire.
His knowledge of skiing in Canada is invaluable, even down to warning us off trying to fly to Castlegar in winter!
We shall be booking next year's trip with Frontier again.

Just returned from a fantastic 10 day holiday in Sun Peaks. For the last 3 years Michael and his team have organised and provided an excellent service with faultless attention to detail to ensure that that our holidays to Sun Peaks have run smoothly from start to finish. We will definitely use Frontier Travel again - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Michael and his team arranged a fantastic two centre stay for us in Fernie and Kicking horse. The pre trip admin was faultless and Michael’s knowledge of the country and ski conditions was greatly appreciated. There was real attention to detail in the holiday pack with all the necessary information for a fabulous , hassle-free trip.

Fantastic experience from Frontier travel. Incredibly helpful and friendly and got us the best price to ski in whistler. They know their onions. Really organised company and obviously well ran. The info they sent us through the post in the run up to our holiday was fantastic and made me feel so at ease. They followed up on everything and were an absolute pressure to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a trip to Vancouver and Whistler. The team at Frontier Travel were great - they listened to what we wanted from the holiday and found us hotels in great locations. Transfers between destinations were excellent. I had a few issues with the epic pass and Michaels was very good at getting in touch with Vail to sort out the problems.
We'd love to revisit Canada again, and would definitely consider Frontier Travel for planning and booking another holiday.

We have just returned from a fantastic week's skiing organised for us by Michael at Frontier. Given Michael's in depth and up to date knowledge of all things travel and in particular the Canadian skiing experience, our holiday communications, instructions, flights, transfers, hotel quality and location can't be faulted. Can't recommend Michael and the guys at Frontier highly enough.

Received excellent service from Michael, very knowledgeable on the resort. Answered the numerous questions that we had. Also provided some additional information about options for New Years eve. Would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish, we were recommended to frontier ski so glad we called!. Michael is knowledgeable of all resorts and spent time with us , It was our first holiday with Frontier and certainly not the last (already booked again). Michael helped us choose the resort and accomodation for our needs and wishes and he nailed it ! We chose Panorama, the accomodation was brilliant the ski area perfect .
