Jo organised the most fantastic ranch trip for us in the USA. We were a large group of 9 some with separate routes on the holiday so she really had a big job! Everything ran very smoothly whilst we were away and I feel we had excellent value for money for such a big trip. Thank you so much Jo for making our dreams come true.

We have just returned from a 3 week trip to Banff, Jasper, Vancouver, Vancouver Island, including a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer (Jasper, Kamloops, Vancouver). It was an outstanding, memorable time. Great hotels, wonderful wildlife, friendly welcome wherever we went. The weather was warmer and drier than we expected which was a bonus! After searching for two months for a ranch holiday backwards and forwards I had no joy with direct contact with ranches in the USA. I did a Google search and frontier travel popped up so I got in touch with them told them my requirements and within a couple of days, they gave me two options for ranches in Wyoming one of which was Blackwater Creek Ranch I dealt with Joanne. with all the correspondence and she sorted the holiday, the flights, the accommodation. took a lot of pressure off of me. The Blackwater Creek Ranch was first class for me just what I was looking for. and I would like to thank everyone, especially Joanne at frontier travel I would highly recommend this company and would always go back to them

We have just returned from a fabulous family skiing holiday in Panorama Canada. When arranging the trip nothing was too much trouble for Michael when changing dates and adding family members. All travel arrangements went smoothly and I felt assured during our holiday that there was someone there to help should we need it.
An appreciated personal service and should we plan to return to Canada or visit the USA we’ll be sure to come back to Frontier Travel.

This is our fourth trip with Frontier Travel, and we have always had the excellent service of Michael, he listens to your requirements and has always delivered for us.
Big White, i true ski in/ski out location. We were accommodated in the Cristal Inn, the room was ok, functional and comfortable, however if you wanted to eat in or just sit after a hard day skiing it was not the best as there was no sofa or kitchen. The resort though was excellent, great places to eat, and drink and we did enjoy the Bull wheel which is attached to the Cristal Inn. The ski area is fantastic, you can truly ski right to the door, I loved it to be honest, a nice mix of greens and blues and blacks for the more experiences skier, wide and easy to cruse, very quite during the 10 days we were there, and the middle weekend was not that busy when the locals came to ski. I would be aware that all hotels and condos are serviced from central bookings, so if you want extra coffee, tea or loo rolls you use the QR code and by the time you return from your days skiing it is hanging on the door. To consolidate, comfortable room, outstanding ski in ski out and a super location. Thanks once again Frontier, you knocked it out of the park.

I have now travelled to Canada and the USA for over 30 years, and have consecutively booked with Frontier Travel for the past 18 years.
My first into to the company was meeting Sandra Potter, the original owner and MD at the London Ski show. She was so knowledgable, affable and provided great unbiased advice.
The current team have followed her lead and example, both Michael and Jeremy have personally travelled to many of the resorts, and hotels they promote, and have some leverage with their contacts to ensure the best value and service for the customer.
As long as you book early, they provide outstanding early bird pricing, and it does matter how many are travelling, the price will be for the individual party number, not a warped deal having to pay additional pro rata costs for a party of 4, when only 3 are travelling.
They continue to be a breath of fresh air, in an industry that sells predominantly sells from pictures, except they have been there, they have seen it, and done it. They will look after you.
Totally recommended to all.

Excellent second trip to Big White, and our fourth skiing trip to Canada organised beautifully by Michael.
Copper Kettle, although ten minutes walk from the village centre, was ideal - very comprehensively equipped and 100% ski-in ski-out. Big White is a really fun resort which is why this was our second visit - Frontier have also organised our trips to Fernie and Red Mountain. Sasquatch Sushi deserve a special mention and food options are varied. The store and wine shop are also very good.

Michael put together exactly what was requested and even managed to deal with a late addition to our travelling party. The trip was complicated because the group was only coming together at Vancouver airport having travelled from Toronto and the UK.

Everything was exactly as detailed and agreed on the itinerary.

All we had to do was make the most of the perfect snow conditions in Whistler.

We were recommended to try Frontier Travel by the author of a Nova Scotia travel guide. We gave our brief and budget both to Joanne at Frontier and to our contact at a different company. Both came up with broadly similar itineraries, Joanne's was nearly £1000 cheaper. We stayed in comfortable hotels throughout and she worked hard to select premises offering our preferred type of bed. She also sorted out a seat booking issue with Air Canada, to our advantage.
Throughout the planning and booking process Joanne kept us fully informed. We had a great trip thanks to her, and my wife and I would happily recommend Joanne and Frontier to any prospective traveller.

Frontier Travel organised a superb holiday for us to Nova Scotia and Quebec last summer. Jeanette was excellent in listening to what we wanted and in patiently putting together an unforgettable fortnight in Canada, combining high-quality accommodation and travel with an ideal itinerary covering three very different cities (Halifax, Quebec, and Montreal) and a stay in a beautiful national park. We'd thoroughly recommend Frontier Travel on this basis and have indeed gone back to Jeanette this summer to help plan future holidays to California and again to Canada over the coming years.

We have used Frontier Travel twice now for our summer adventures around Alberta and British Columbia and they have been fantastic. Jeanette is always so helpful and even checked up on us this year when the fire spread across Jasper which was very thoughtful. We will absolutely use them again, we always have good hotels booked for the very few nights we spend in the cities when we drop off our campervan and communication is excellent. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking of doing a road trip in the summer!

Joanne has helped us with two holidays to Canada, to the Rockies, Vancouver and the Great Bear Rainforest in 2022 and to Quebec City and Nova Scotia in 2024. We were able to go through different options to make sure the itineraries absolutely met what we wanted from our holidays.

Fantastic service! Jeanette was instrumental in helping organise this epic fly drive adventure to Newfoundland. My endless questions were always answered promptly and the advice offered on where to stay/stop/visit was invaluable. It was seamless and even when i had questions when i was away about cancelled trips- she dealt with them without it effecting any of the holiday.
