A few months into my purchase the machine would not start. It took some jiggling and reseating of the jug to get it to start. As a non technical person this seemed to be a connection issue. I sent them a video but they wanted me to pack it up and send it back to them. At 80 this is impossible.

I have bought at least two of their blenders over the years which have been excellent in both quality and service from the company. I recently purchased the Thermocook and what a huge disappointment it is. I have tried a few of the automated recipes and none worked out. I tried manually cooking something as simple as scrambled eggs only to be bitterly disappointed.
Due to this experience I gave a negative review elsewhere and they contacted me saying their in-house chef would contact me and walk me through using it. This never happened. The device is now an expensive paperweight. What a total waste of money.

Love the ThermoCook Pro M 3.0. The 10-inch screen makes my preparation and searching for recipes so much easier.
I have made more dishes in the past few days than Hubby and I could eat, so the freezer is well stocked. I have found most Thermo Recipes are very easy to convert and use in the ThermoCook, if you are not too sure just take your time and play with the time and speed, most dishes I have found you can easily drop the stirring speed down.
I am a multi-Cooker and have made a number of different dishes, Curries, garlic and onions leave a smell on the lid and in the Bowl, so after washing, I again put it through the washing Program with a little Vinegar, a few drops of dishwashing detergent and half a teaspoon of Bi Carb of soda in the water, then rinse. The ThermoCook Pro M 3.0 does everything I need to do and how I want to do it, when converting your own recipes, it is easy, you just need to get to know the speed and the temperature, and if you allow time, you will learn very quickly.
Froothie Australia have in all inquiries been wonderful and very helpful to deal with.

Paid for the Thermocook early June with a delivery by the end of June. It's now end July and still nothing. Very poor. Is this a scam and I've lost my money or is the company financially in trouble and I've lost my money

I have bought two appliances from Froothie.
My first was the Optimum 8200 Blender quite a few years ago and it is still going strong! It has done many many hours of blending. I was so impressed I bought one for each of my adult children for Xmas on year.
I have needed to be on dairy free diet for a few years now and making almond milk was a breeze using the 8200. Simply add the almond and water and blend on high for a minute. Strain and you have the best almond milk ever. Or macca milk or whatever you want! I never buy icing sugar, I just blend normal sugar and make my own pure icing sugar! It is just so easy and super fast.
My second purchase was just recently when my hands could no longer squeeze the cloth to strain the nutmilk mix. It was a no brainer that froothie was the first place to look for something that would make nut milk with out me needed to use my hands to squeeze. And just as I expected, the Slow Juicer Optimum 600M was exactly what I needed. It has been an absolute god send. Soak my almonds over night and then just put them through the juicer with water and out one spout milk and the other, almond meal. I keep the meal in the freezer and make biscuits or cake when I have enough. So no waste!!
Cant wait to try making sorbet using the juicer!
And you can buy parts if something needs replacing! How good is that!!

I purchased a juicer specifically for celery and regular use. The juicer I purchased was advertised as a compact daily use juicer suitable for celery and all other types of juicing. I was not overly impressed with it from the start, fruit and vegetables get caught constantly meaning you have to disassemble the machine to get it going again and the engine makes a terrible whirring noise. I have owned this juicer for 2 months before the motor popped and blew up - all I did was turn it on at the power point. I’ve contacted the company and they are advising me to send the machine back so they can investigate. I need to pay for shipping and it’s looking like I’ll end up with a reconditioned motor on a 5 year warranty!
Update: after speaking with a customer service representative, they have waivered the cost of return shipping and sending me some alternative options to upgrade less what I have already paid. My advice is to try to get through to the customer service reps, don’t use email because you get the standard response which might not be applicable.

Recently tried to get a refund on a faulty jug I purchased during the Black Friday sales. After sending many emails and photos they have not honoured the terms of their warranty. Very disappointing considering the $130 value of a 900ml jug. I would avoid dealing with this company as their warranty and return service is non existent.

We LOVE our thermocook. It makes food prep and cooking so simple and quick, and it really helps minimise how much hands on time is required in the kitchen (which is so handy with a young family). It’s really easy to use and has so many different functions and settings also (it’s also super easy to clean) - highly recommend

The 9400X blender is hands down the best blender I have ever owned! My favourite feature is that you can set the speed of the blender starting from as slow as you need, making it super convenient for blending those more course ingredients without liquid (no bake desserts etc.) I am super impressed and will never look back!

Such a great company. I have their Nutriforce 2.0 Extractor and it is one powerful blender! Perfect for making things like smoothies and desserts like cheesecake bases. This blender is also super easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Such a great high speed blender. It sits on my bench and makes smoothies in seconds, great for dips and pancake batter and blends soups so so smoothly.

Got the 9200A and it’s amazing!!!! So powerful and incredibly easy to clean too as all parts screw off. Use it all the time even for blending biscuits up for cheesecakes

The Nutriforce Mini blender is super fast and so practical and portable. It blends smoothies, drinks and even sauces and breadcrumbs really well and is so easy to clean! A super handy kitchen appliance.

I have both the Froothie Optimum Mamma Mia and the Optimum Bon Appetite stand mixer and absolutely love them both.
Love how the Mamma Mia is so compact and versatile with all the different attachments for different uses and absolutely love the large size of the bowl for stand mixer and the unit also has a digital screen for the different levels and time.
Would totally recommend both these products ❤️❤️

Easy to use and very versatile. I can make so many things in my Magicook pro and it’s basically set and forget, no need to watch it.

Hey to all of you who wants to buy a grate blender!
I highly recommend you the Optimum series, I personally have the 9200 for almost 8 years without any malfunction.
And they also have a great customer support when I need them.

One of the most professional customer experiences i have had. Jug from blender damaged while being used. After short, responsive and constructive communication part was replaced. Such a positive customer experience is very rare in todays world. Recommend blender products as well.
