The Whitford Senior Citizens Club, with a membership of more than 1,350 and is steadily growing, operates 7 days a week entirely through the dedication of volunteers. For over a year, the Club has depended on Member Wizard to efficiently manage its membership database and website. In the past, updating the membership database was a cumbersome task due to limited access to a spreadsheet, which meant only one committee member could handle updates. Similarly, the Club’s website was maintained by a single committee member and was often outdated and challenging to manage.

Member Wizard has been an exceptionally effective solution, fulfilling all the Club’s requirements and legal responsibilities for a membership management system. Its user-friendly and intuitive interface made it easy for committee members, with the help of Member Wizard, to move away from spreadsheets. This transition has significantly simplified the management of memberships and classes for everyone involved.

The backup support provided by Member Wizard has been outstanding, with any issues addressed quickly and efficiently. Zoom sessions are regularly informative and straightforward to organise, even accommodating the two-hour time zone difference.

Comprehensive and easy-to-access support documentation covers every aspect of the membership management system, empowering volunteers to confidently resolve their questions and make full use of the system.

Claire was very competent in demonstrating the Member Wizard system and answered all the questions I had.
I look forward to running the trial over the next few weeks.

We have recently moved from another platform whose contract was due to expire, to Member Wizard. From the start the help, advice and responses to my questions were handled quickly and clearly. At no time did I feel uncomfortable to be asking yet another question.
Their Help documents for the diverse topics covered were also very helpful when navigating a new membership management provider.
