One month to get a book... I do not recommend buying on UAE website it's a Chinese drop shipping page

This is just a platform for random sellers. No responsibility. Ridiculously slow processing of orders and snail slow delivery. It took over a week to get a confirmation an item is shipped and tracking link leads to a complete Chinese page. Shipment is expected after another 15 days. Will never order from this site again

I ordered a book on 23 rd Aug
I have not received it. I was charged the cost of the book for the shipping charges which were not indicated on placing order and only when I was emailed the invoice I saw that . Considering it is a UAE site one never anticipated the shipment to cost that.
And the book is still not here despite so many assurances .
My messages regarding shipping cost and not having received order are ignored now.

Super fake i want refund not because I literally i want the money but its absolutely and clearly fake .. i have alot of white hair and used it as mentioned for 30 min not even a single hair become black 👎🏼👎🏼

This smell is dangerous !! I did not believe coz of lot of similar instagram advertisements and coz of acceptable price , i received my package few minutes ago and am telling you this smell is really attractive and takes you to a higher level of emotions , my god !!!!

This is the 2nd time I ordered in fruugo, same item, same quality and brand.. delivery for me this 2nd order is faster than the first order, but my overall experience in fruugo is fantastic.. thank you

The item was nothing as promised and displayed in the pictures. The best was yet to come, should you want to return the item, you need to do it yourself. Never going to use Fruugo again.

Item I have purchased was not available any where else. Through Fruugo I have managed to get the item I needed on time.

Its was good to purchase from them. A trustable platform.

I ordered eyeglasses and after 10 days got an email saying I canceled the order — which I didn’t. Very disappointing. Still waiting for a clear explanation or resolution.

They delivered best quality and before time

Very unhappy. No customer service or response from them. Also received the wrong item and have no guidance or anything to send the item back

Product came description fast service

Delivery was within the time stated and all import duties were taken care of by Fruugo. The part ordered for my Jeep was a direct fit, even though the description never mentioned that the vacuum pump was compatible with a Wrangler JK. That is why I only gave 4 stars. Better description of the item is required. It is a mystery how Google search directed me to this part without there being any indication of compatibility other than the pictures. Very happy with the service and saved a fortune over paying the main dealer $1,200 for the OEM part.
