I placed order on 24 March and today is 11th April. didn't get my order and not an option to cancel or complaint. it is worst ever experience. never ever buy anything from them or u will regret it

Product meeting the required expectations

Don’t order from this website. The products received were all fake. They take zero responsibility and for a return they expect you to ship the product to the retailer at your own cost by registered mail and only if the retailer accepts the return only then they may consider refunding your money. Thank god my order was less than $30. The retailer knows that the customer won’t bother to go thru all the headache of returning a package and if the customer did bother to go to the post office to do a return they can always claim they never received the return. Welcome to Chinese scams. And welcome to a horrible e-commerce website called Fruugo.ae. I miss Amazon. They pickup any returned package, at Amazon cost, and the refund happens within hours. That’s good customer experience. Not this rubbish.

My was supposed to arrive on march 11th but I still haven't received it. I got an email on 3rd of march saying my order was shipped but when I open the tracking link it says the order is in pre-shiment stage. There is also no way of contacting them. I tried contacting the supplier but that wasn't that much of a help too.

Absolutely horrible experience. You should avoid this site at any cost. For 1 month I'm waiting for my delivery, sent numerous emails and complaints and never received reply not from the site not from the seller. AVOID!

This company is a scam! I ordered a girls spider man outfit and on the website it says delivered ! I called imile delivery service and they keep repeating that it has been delivered.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I feel so sad about it as my daughter was looking. Forward to it. :(

I'm very disappointed l ordered an ultrasonic fish inverter on 15 Dec and only got a message saying your order was delivered on 29 Dec but l never got any delivery, lm trying to reach the help center but l can't mmmmmm this is a scam

I order last november 17 belava tub and i pay it.I recieve message in my email that my order will be deliver at december 2..until now im waiting.

Ordered and paid for an item, then received an email to say ‘I requested a cancellation’ which is not true!

Rather stay with trusted sites to order from!

Fruugo can not be trusted!

Fruugo is a fraud! Do not buy anything from this website. I purchased a product from them once, the money was taken from my account, days later I received a message saying the item is ‘out of stock’ and whether I wanted to replace it with something else. When I said ‘no’ and I requested for a refund, the communication stopped from their side and all the previous messages were deleted by Fruugo.
So, just a word of warning, do not fall into the trap.

I ordered Spoil Batana Hair oil, received the invoice with no mention of the brand "Spoil" in the invoice. And the product description says Batana Oil with water and glycrine. Where as raw batana hair oil by spoil brand is pure and does not contain any other ingredient. I dont know how to cancel the order? Have written to the supplier to confirm the authenticity of the product. I am in doubt because the shipment is coming from China

this is one of the lousiest companies, platform or whatever you want to call this enterprise on the globe. Fake help center, fake customer support and a website that only works for orders and payment, but not for any aftersales service.
The access to the "help center" is intentionally overcomplicated, so that the customer gives up during the process. How such companies are even allowed to operate in the UAE is a miracle to me

I ordered Taylor Swift The Eras Tour Sweatshirt Long Sleeve Crew Neck Two Pcs. last oct 26, 2024 but until now I didn’t receive yet fruugo said estimated delivery November 11 -November 14, 2024 oh my god it’s very bad experience. Order number 169440047

I felt deceived buying from them, they appeared in my search and thought they maybe based in my home country until I saw how much was charged for delivery, over double the price that was originally quoted. No reply to my email following up and been waiting over a week for my products and nothing

Further to Frugo response, the delivery charge originally advertised was doubled when I paid for it!

There is no tracking for the orders, and the shipping date of my order was 23/10 but until now i didn’t receive any delivery details.

The customer service is bad and i cannot reach them easily ! , no one replies when i send enquiry letter through the website or the email
