I have lost my beloved dog couple months ago, it was black pomeranian, so I decided to order a miniature black pomeranian toy from Frugoo, so I can keep as much memories of my dog.

Order Number 158129809, I had ordered 12 boxes and the seller has sent all 12 boxes of expiry date of October 2024, how can anybody consume 12 boxes of 29 tablets in just 4 months, this medicine is for my mother, in anticipation of this order we did not but this medicine locally, now my mother is out of stock of this medicine, so I need to give her this medicine from the ordered 12 boxes , I can keep only 4 boxes if the medicine , so I need to return the remaining 8 boxes, I had to lay the local 5% VAT and customs charges on the whole order, which came first I total 75 dirhams, this is purely cheating on the part of the seller, if seller new the medicine has only 4 month expiry they should communicate this before dispatching, they could have informed you and you could have informed me, in this way I have lost confidence in ordering anything from your web site

Ever worst company! It's not possible to connect anyone at fruugo in UAE. you are left as buyer to deal with the seller and no support is provided by fruugo.
I had ordered early June and now it's mid of July and items worth more than AED 500 are apparently still "in transition" for the past 3 weeks.
The provided tracking number is not even a legit number. Definitely scam

I am writing to inquire about the status of my refund for order number 156690655, which was automatically cancelled on July 2nd. Vintage Wooden Ceiling Fan Ventilator With No-light 10 Nos x AED2,599.00 Total AED25,990.00. As per your cancellation policy, refunds are typically processed within 2-5 days as per email. However, I have not yet seen the refund credited to my account.
Could you please provide me with an update on the status of this refund?

An till now not received my order

Order car parts, audio electronics etc. all of the items i have received arrived earlier than expected.

Fruugo has a wide range of listing that are not available in amazon.

The tracking says an exception has occurred and the parcel is returned and picked up by the shipper.

This is sad. When will I get my refund for the same. There seems to be no telephone number for customer service of Fruugo in the UAE. I need help. This does not speak well of the company and the service.

Item was matching with the description, but the service desk is not helpful. Tracking service also was not working. Finally the item arrived the last day (within the promised time), for this I give 4 star, but please improve the service desk...

I ordered a car display frame and frugoo application cut 60dhms shipping and 118dhm pcs but I didn't receive any delivery date and contact number, just I received invoice and also I paid all amount, so please deliver my items otherwise I will post on every single social media

Still My Problem is not resolved even i paid AED 34.50 for delivery which is additional and now a person name Methew is making drama and asking me invoice which emirates post did not give me, i shared him SMS Transaction image which was rcvd after i paid but Methew is making drama and asking proof of payment even i shared video and picture also of packaging so please never trust Fruugo.ae they are 100% Scammer

What a joke !
"Cotton" was 100% paper .
Ordered my head size in cm.....received an extra small...so not even close.
Feels like plastic.
Return option but No Pick Up service , so I throw it away , because its rubbish.

I am really fed up. Prior to placing the order, it was written on your site that delivery is within 3 days and I would get my products on Friday 7th June but to my surprise you are telling me 18th to 24th June. If you had no the products in the nearby stocks why mislead people! This is crazy cause in UAE most orders we get them the next day. Why mislead people? I could have found alternative sites to buy the things from. This is ridiculous and worst experience ever!!!
