This is the first time I shopped on Fruugo and my experience has been pretty good. While it took time for them to deliver, they abided by the timeline committed during the purchase. They also kept me updated on the status of the shipment in the interim. The product they delivered was also of good quality.

No information or reply at all about the order.
Since I placed my order on 22 Jul I have no any information about it and no tracking details. I sent them several messages and request to cancel the order however there are no single reply. My credit card was charged for the full amount and now no reply.
I am not sure if this is a trusted website or spam.

Awful company - awful communication
Delivery was 3 weeks late after an already estimated 2-3 weeks estimated. Even if it was delayed out of their control it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with them and the sellers repones was ‘be patient’
