One word describes how terrible this company is…Horizon. As a result of their horrendous software 100s of sub-postmasters were wrongly accused. Do not buy anything from them until they fully compensate for their errors and admit their failings.

Being cut up by one of your drivers, because HE was in the wrong lane, then pulling alongside me screaming abuse like I had done something wrong, all the while driving one of your company vans .... doesn't reflect well!

My review is about the air conditionig machines.
I already have a KG model and since I am happy I wanted to buy another monosplit and 2 dualsplits for my office.
For the office all machines had to be wi-fi ready or compatible.
In my country, Eurofred the official distributor, prices wi-fi module at 217 euros each ( my final cost) and there are no air conditionig units that are wi-fi ready,
It did not make any sense to spend an additional 1000 euros or more, simply to add 5 wi-fi modules.
I ended up buying 1 monosplit and 2 dualsplit from another brand even though I wanted to stay with Fujitsu.

If anyone at Fujitsu is reading this I would suggest to sell products with wi-fi included like the competition; ( Daikin, Mitsubishi etc.) In 2021 people expect that.
If that is not going to happen Fujitsu might consider selling wi-fi modules with a price that is in line with the market.

Horrified by the way this company concealed their egregious faults for the software they were responsible for in the case of the Royal Mail scandal, where loads of innocent people were sent to prison thanks to their mistakes - which they knew about!!

Excellent company, we supply servers and workstations from them and they are reliable, the support is excellent, and the products are great bits of kit.

server drive fail under warranty - ring them up and a new on the way straight away, replace the old and send back free to them.

Wie beim Vorgänger auch, die versprochene Zugabe beantragt, aber keinerlei (!) Feedback oder Kontakt von Seiten Fujitsu.
Erst ging das Antragsportal nicht, Supportkontakt via Chat "leitet den Antrag weiter",
Da kein Feedback paar Tage später nochmal sicherheitshalber selbst eingetragen,
Da kein Feedback nachgefragt - jetzt aber ist der Aktionszeitraum abgelaufen, gibt aber meinen Fall nochmal weiter, Feedback soll telefonisch oder per Mail erfolgen, aber auch diesmal Fehlanzeige!
Da unmögliches Verhalten (nie auch nur Ansatzweise Reaktion von Fujitsu) den Verkäufer gebeten Fujitsu zum Kontakt zu bewegen, auch ohne Erfolg.
Fujitsu hat es wohl nicht nötig sich an Versprechen zu halten oder dem Kunden auch nur irgendein Feedback zu geben.
So geht kein Unternehmen auf Dauer ungestraft mit Kunden um!

Die Firma bewirbt den Kauf eines Fujitsu ScanSnap ix1500 innerhalb eines Promotionszeitraums mit einem kostenlosen ScanSnap ix100 als Zugabe. Der Antrag wurde von mir fristgerecht gestellt, trotz mehrfacher Erinnerungen habe ich nach 2 Monaten weder eine Antwort zum Antrag noch eine Antwort auf meine e-mails erhalten. Das lässt sich auch mit Covid19 nicht mehr rechtfertigen. Finger weg!
