Would award no stars if possible. Very poor customer service, they informed me via email of a 3 day delivery window 7-9/06/21. Nothing arrived by the 9th. Heard zero from them regarding the missed delivery , so had to phone them to find out where delivery had got to. Was informed that timber should have been delivered in the morning on the 9th.They didn't call me back the next day with any update on revised delivery, so had to call them again. Basically, they bullsh*tted/flannelled me with a risible excuse that the timber wasn't in stock due to Covid (utter cobblers). How could they initially schedule a delivery if the timber wasn't in stock? My suspicion is that they missed the delivery (for whatever reason) and they aren't back delivering in the area until the following week. Consequently delivery is now supposedly 14-16/06/21. We'll see. If they miss delivery again they can shove their 4.8m lengths of decking where the sun don't shine. The main p*ss take is that delivery cost is £18 for £56 worth of wood (which I knew from the outset when placing the order). So in effect I've paid 30% to be buggered about. Do yourself a favour, unless you're desperate to be messed around by a bunch of bozo's take your custom elsewhere. These clowns take the biscuit.

I wanted to buy some timber and decking online from this business. They advertised a discount on one product, but the discount appeared to be reversed at checkout. So I emailed an inquiry, twice - after a couple of days with no reply I found Onur's email address and emailed him. No replies a week later. Then overnight the timber I had been looking at (which was not discounted) went up 25%. I'll spend my £900+ elswhere.

Placed an order on 07/03/21, now 13/03/21 and no delivery. Said to expect the order between 10-12/03/21. Called customer service on 12/03/21, took about an 1hr of continues call to get through. Then told out for delivery...No surprise nothing delivered. Been calling them all Saturday morning, and no answer again, keeps going to answer machine. Dreadful service. AVIOD

4 lengths of wood i had delivered was quite badly burnt, I pointed this out to driver who showed me number to call on receipt..... I called number and began being passed from one person to another, it took 10 mins for anyone to even acknowledge I’d ordered the goods from them! As requested I sent pics of the burnt wood, apparently it doesn’t look burnt and I should be able to use it....... after going round in circles I’m keeping the wood even though it’s no use to me, no refund or apology and I’ll now be ordering some replacement lengths from another company at my expense!
I’d like to point out in parts the wood is so burnt that if I chip off the charcoaled areas it’ll be an inch thinner 🤣

I ordered a small amount of PAR timber to build some shelves. It had some splits in but I thought I could work with it. But after I cut the wood for a shelf I could literally break off a section with my hand because the splits were so bad.
I rang up to get a refund and order another piece and I was told they wouldn't refund me because it had been cut even though I offered to bring in the pieces. There is no reason for this as the timber was split so could not have been sold again. After this there was very little interest in helping me find another length of timber. So if you order here again be sure to inspect the product very carefully before you start.

Ordered decking boards to replace old decking. Price was excellent, I understood Nominal Size as advertised and the 150mm arrived as 148mm. Totally acceptable and in fact I am grateful that the term Nominal size was used to avoid any misunderstandings.
Delivery was advertised as after two weeks. It arrived after 8 days and the driver was most helpful, professional and friendly. What else could you want?

I ordered 15m 12x100mm Nominal Size PAR Joinery Quality Redwood Square Edge. The actual measurements of what I was delivered was 7.4x91.7mm. So almost 40% thinner than what I needed/paid for. When complaining (with photos that showed the actual size of the timber) I was told it was only 'nominal' estimated measurements. I should expect it to be thinner, and apparently 38% is perfectly normal.
Also, if I ACTUALLY wanted 12mm, they could price that up for me (!?).
