Happy doing professional business with Emerson/Fullscript for 8+ years!
I have been doing professional business with Emerson Ecologics/Fullscript for the last 8+ years. Their employees are very professional. Orders have been reliable and accurate 100% of the time. Delivery expectations are dependable and spot-on. When I have needed to make adjustments with an order, they have had swift solutions. On RARE occasion, due to NO fault of their own, I have had 2-3 orders later than expected in the last 8+ years, and Emerson refunded the shipping, even though I did not feel they were obligated to do so. These things tended to happen with inclement weather conditions for the carrier or busy holidays. Can't say enough good things about them! My clients have been very satisfied with the products recommended and the delivery costs and reliability.

When I could not get the info I needed from the chat bot I asked for a live person and I was given a phone number to call. The support person who answered was knowledgeable and friendly.

There was recently an update to the system and as a practitioner it is not user friendly. I can no longer change the discounts given for each patient individually and I can't see the total for each patient plan to that I can build according to the patients budget or let them know the total-the patient just has to "go see it on there end". You have done a disservice to your ordering doctors that don't have time to sit there with a calculator to determine the patient cost so we can let them know and or possibly adjust products better to fit their needs which makes them less likely to follow through with a purchase. I don't know what updates were made on the patient end but I can tell you my patients aren't purchasing at the rate that they normally do so I have a feeling something has changed to make it more difficult on their end as well.

Amazing, ALWAYS!
I had a return that needed to be addressed. They answered my questions promptly, gave me the information I needed and the return was on it's way within an hour of contacting them! Quite the fast and efficient customer service, but then again, not surprised. They are always helpful, always on top of it!
That's why we keep coming back!! Super friendly always!

JADE G was competent, helpful, able to do all that I requested, and resourceful with additional assistance. I am grateful that you have hired such a professional and proficient staff member who was patient with my thorny needs/order and extremely polite.
I have had lower quality assistance from Fullscript with 2 very limited men who were discouraging so I ordered from another company for a period of time to avoid a painful experience.
I am excited that I found Jade G and will be ordering again from Fullscript as the experience was pleasant and she was accomplished in her knowledge of products, even her ability to pronounce medical labels properly.
As an organization are you able to have Jade G perform as a trainer for your other customer support staff?
I also hope that you provide an incentive to her monetarily to encourage her. Again, I am thrilled to have encountered Jade G with her gifted and experienced capacity to interact in an exemplary manner with customers. Thank You!

Another satisfied and appreciative customer!
Lisa was stellar: friendly, helpful, understanding, efficient, great sense of humor. Package said it was delivered based on tracking info, but it must have landed at a home in another state. Very odd. She ordered a free replacement with priority shipping, which I really appreciated given it's during the holidays. So grateful to have been given access to the Fullscript catalog!!

my doctor ordered about 9 different…
my doctor ordered about 9 different supplements. so far the side effects from these supplements are scary. i have never ever experienced side effects from medicine like what i had from supposedly natural remedy to treat a person. this is garbage products. as i am writing this comment, i feel miserable . i stopped all of them and started to take one at the time. no more, i have had it with their products. i think there is some ingredients that is dangerous to human. good doctor but dangerous products

There was a complete mix up on my end on a supplement I ordered. I wrote an email to try and return the product and Fullscript said it was not necessary to just dispose properly of it. No hassles, no fuss! Companies just dont operate like this anymore! I highly reccommended using Fullscript as I do for many other products. Keep up the great customer service!
