I had an account with Fullscript and I tried to get back on it. Unfortunately I tried to start a new one which did not work. I first tried to work through with the automated help which suggested dealing with an agent. The person I got to deal with was very helpful and discovered that I had a email address change. Jewel Z. helped solve this issue and got me back in my account. Great work. Thank you very much,Curtis

I was helped by Hailey and I give her 5 stars. She figured out what to do right away. However, not being able to find a phone number or a way to contact someone about my mistake was crazy! I looked everywhere on the website and finally googled how to call Fullscript or how to reach customer service . That is nuts!

The only reason they only got 4 stars is there was a product they didn't have that I needed. AND the person who helped me, walked me through how to get a "new product request" They will for sure get 5 stars if we can make this happen.
