The worst online casino, they let you play online but they don’t give you money when you want to cash out untill they checking you by asking why a company sent you money and they ask for so many evidence. Also you will never win any money back. Don’t recommend

they don't pay the win and make up a story your self excluded. you ask for proof and they can't provide it as it never happened. they also lie and say the UKGC have a rule that anyone self excluded gets their money back win or lose that's a lie but even if it was true there are loads of complaints NOT giving money back when self excluded. they are a con company avoid at all costs.SECOND PART in response to their response. note they will not comment on the fact they advise the UKGC say all deposits to be refunded win or lose when they know they have kept money from people that lose and not paid people that win.they can't comment as they know it can be disproved. they have already been fined for allowing excluded players to play .

Put £130 on and won £200. Withdrawal was put through same day very quick however I'm still waiting for funds to clear in my account. I decided to put £250 on one game today and it drained it so much that I will not be going back and whats worse is I got just one bonus in that £250 and the bonus totalled to £45 and I only got it once I had spent my withdrawal amount.

This isn't good enough from a gambling company from a £1 spin.

I urge you all to avoid this casino. Like others l deposited funds but only 12 hours later sought to close the account but they refused to return my money without receiving 4 months of bank statements which l have refused to give them. No money was won or lost they just refused to return my deposit. Their appeals process just reiterated their demand and you can’t claim against them unless you start proceedings in Malta. I had already given them my bank a/c details, my investment details and source of funds and a driving license. They have now, using their words “banned” my account. It’s incredible the Gambling commission have granted them a license

I have had a terrible and not fun experience so far with this casino. I have made about 5 or more deposits and havent been able to win anything to be able to do a withdrawal. Very hard to win anything and the scatters during game play is virtually non existant. Excellent site no issues with withdrawal if you withdraw before midnight your money is in your bank by the morning haven't lost a penny on this site infact I'm up if there is a fault to find it is you can only have 1 withdrawal pending at a time but they authorised them quickly so not really that much of an issue
