They find so many ways to not give you your withdraw. Today they claimed I have another account In my name and have decided not to give me my withdraw. I don’t remember opening another account but you know they need money just as bad as we all do except they back stab you to get it. What an actual shame!!!

Like all casinos, they're a business trying to make money. I like this site and have had no issues withdrawing winnings once my account was verified. Chat staff are helpful and polite. You get 10% back in cash on losses which is something. I feel they should be rewarding regular players though with some free cash or no wagering bonuses.

Given it's all bad reviews on here I thought I'd share my experience as reading all these after joining had me worried.
So I joined up, deposited a few times. Won a fair bit and then withdrew part of it. One annoying thing is you can only have one withdrawal request at a time. However I wasn't asked for any verification probably because all my details are correct and tally in with my payment methods etc. First withdrawal was paid in about 5 hours. I then withdrew the rest and that took about 16 hours. No complaints there. I spoke to someone on chat after my initial withdrawal and reading the bad reviews. The lady I spoke to was very helpful.
My only real complaint is the site can be a bit frustrating to navigate on a phone.
But overall a good experience and more importantly as a new customer they'd paid me out within 24 hours of me joining.

Shocking customer service, I tried to withdraw winnings to be told I need to send documents to verify my account first which is totally acceptable. Sent documents and a day later recieved an email asking why I had sent documents as no one had asked for them!!!!! I was then asked for documentation for PayPal when I had deposited with my debit card!!. 6 days later after ping pong emails and repeadly asking for documents which I had sent several times i am still no further forward.
