I tried to get a loan with this company and they kept denying my application because I didn't provide the right documentation. I had to email the customer service rep back and forth about this and she basically thought I was a liar! I sent them everything they wanted and even explained to them about the documents I sent and still was denied! I think they they're scamming me to get my personal information and I was never going to get a loan. Please investigate this company!

🚨 Be extremely cautious with Fundo LLC.
They filed a UCC lien against my company, BC Electronics Inc., and even my personal name — without valid consent, agreement, or legal documentation. I was not notified, and I never authorized such action.

Their actions have harmed my personal and business reputation. I lost clients and close relationships due to the false claims and pressure they applied. I tried to contact them multiple times to settle the matter, even offering a payment plan — they never responded.

I’ve filed official complaints to federal and state authorities and will continue pursuing legal action to protect my rights and warn others. I do not recommend doing business with this company under any circumstance.

They are now threatening me with a UCC lien, however I can’t seem to find any of these messages they are referring too, now if they’d like to show an entire record of each time they have attempted to reach me, they can by all means send me an email proving these said records, as they have stated in their recent voicemail and text message that “This is your last opportunity to resolve this before our law firm enforces the UCC lien that we already filed with the Secretary of State. John with Fundo.” I only have one message from this number. Also they can show the transcript of each and every “voicemail and text message” they left, please go right ahead. Oh and also from reading some of these customers complaints about not receiving their contracts that they are responding to with “you clearly signed and agreed to” alright then… It is the Law that WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE SENT AND ALSO RECEIVE THESE CONTRACTS THAT WE HAVE SIGNED!

And there is No, “ You have already been given, BS!” Even if that is true;

It is the Law! That if we request to be given another COPY OF OUR PREVIOUS SIGNED AGREEMENT! Then YOU ARE BY LAW TO SEND US ANOTHER FULL COPY OF THE SIGNED AGREEMENT! Failure to comply to our request, is another piece of evidence that can be used against you in a court of Law!

I only can be contacted by email! You people haven’t tried email contact because you’re afraid of leaving a paper trail. My phone has been taken by someone else way back in June 25 2024. The only way to contact me was always by email! So yeah nice try. I only found out about your attempts by the phone company. And no I’m not giving you my new phone number.

Your customer service is garbage . No one answers the phone . Took days to get a call back . I was told if I pay $25 I would same day pay and that didn’t happen either .

It didn't come through and it said it was supposed to and it didn't give me the correct amount of money so I'm still in the same position I was before I took the money!!

Everything went smoothly. Following the mobile prompts and completing each task required was explained in simple instructions. I was a little surprised by the $100 service fee taken out of what was expected to be the monies received and planned for, but I adjusted.
