We had an excellent experience with the team. It was very easy to arrange a direct cremation for my partner. The price was very good and well within our budget. We highly recommend Grace to anyone considering a direct cremation.

Abida was friendly, asked questions about me and my circumstances with sensitivity and was genuinely interested in my answers. It wasn’t a ‘hard sell’ at all, and she was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered answering all my queries. Nothing felt rushed and I was able to do through things at my own pace. I have been telling my friends about Plan with Grace since taking out my plan, and discussing the benefits of a funeral plan for those of us whose family would not have immediate access to funds to be able to pay on the event of our death or those of us who wouldn’t want to burden them. I cannot recommend Plan with Grace highly enough.

Luke made the whole process easy to understand and was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this funeral service as I was able to tailor it to exactly what me and my wife wanted.

Spoke with Joe who was very helpful and in no way pushy, which equated to a pleasant experience! Price quoted was best compared to other companies! No hesitation in recommending Grace. One negative though! Would have preferred funeral plan to be a bit more private! Under my name and address was the heading: Your Funeral Plans.

Leanne was absolutely fantastic. She was so knowledgeable,so thorough and so friendly. We had quite a nice conversation actually,she made me feel so comfortable, everything I did ask,was answered fully and the whole process was so easy to arrange. Thank you Leanne.

After researching this funeral home and reading positive reviews, I decided to use their services for cremation. While my experience had some positive aspects, there were several administrative issues that added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time.

Positives:
The staff were consistently kind and considerate during phone conversations, showing genuine empathy and understanding during our family's loss.

Areas for Improvement:
Unfortunately, the service was marked by multiple administrative errors and communication breakdowns that required follow-up on my part. For the significant investment families make in funeral services, I expected more attention to detail and streamlined processes.

Overall Assessment:
While all services were ultimately completed as promised, the administrative challenges created additional stress during an emotionally difficult period. Families dealing with loss need seamless, professional service more than ever. I hope the management will address these operational issues to better serve future clients during their time of need.

The staff were lovely and we fond the best plan for my family, was offer a £50 Amazon gift card, which unfortunately I never received so only 3 stars
