I used your service in January for my wife the service was first class very unstandable staff i have know arranged my own cremation and once again great service

The very helpful and caring person I spoke to she was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, her name was Leanne Huq.

I checked several funeral services before I chose to contact With Grace.
Luke dealt with my queries in a professional manner with no selling undertones!
The icing on the cake was their Registration with the Financial Services Authority, and I went so far to check their validity...no problems there.
All in all, as far as I was concerned, a pleasurable experience with a first class company with experienced staff.

Marion was very informative, professional and helpful. I wanted to find out as much as possible before proceeding and all my questions were answered. There was also no pressure at all.

We were undecided about a funeral plan and had quotes from several companies but we eventually decided to go with Funerals with Grace. Our contact was Leanne, who couldn't have been more helpful. She was always friendly, patient and efficient and answered our questions politely and honestly. Their prices are very competitive but after dithering for while, further conversations with Leanne convinced us this was the company to use. All in all, a very friendly, efficient and professional service.

I've never had to do anything like this before and when I rang funerals with grace I didn't know what to expect. Becky was extremely caring and helpful also very efficient as she explained to me the different plans and made me feel much easier about the situation, I would definitely recommend these people as they are so understanding and helpful in a horrible time, many many thanks 😊 Nick

Luke was very helpful with his advice on the best plan to choose for my age and my finances . No pressure from him at all regarding upgrades . Answered all my questions honestly and professionally. Very friendly and polite .

I looked at various companies before choosing funeralswithgrace and after calling 📞 jacelyn three times firing questions to jacelyn some difficult questions, she never hide anything and as my wife was listening too wanted to book after first call .me ocd/ptsd still rang twice and knew this was company that cared about our service plan .now sorted and can't recommend 👌 enough .thank yiu Richard and Christine Evans ❤️ big thank 😊 yiu to jacelyn .

This organisation is awful and I'd implore anyone looking for a funeral service to look elsewhere.

They lost my Mum's body (which I had to ring around funeral directors to find), they got cross when I had to speak to the funeral directors directly (because they didn't provide me with any of the information I needed), they refused to allow me to see Mum without paying extra, they refused to allow me to dress Mum, in her own clothes without paying, they even refused to allow the family to carry Mum into the crematorium, again, unless I paid extra and had HSE training(!). To top it off they forgot to inform me that Mum;'s ashes were ready to be collected so I had to find out for myself.
At a time when I and my family needed most help and peace, they were a constant source of misinformation, pettiness, confusion, total lack of communications, and hurt to the family.

I had a very friendly conversation with Luke who helped me arrange everything very easily.Didnt try to sell me any other services or products just helped me with what I wanted.Very professional service thankyou.

Leanne is a brilliant representative of this company. Friendly, informative, positive and answered all my questions quickly and precisely. I particularly liked the facts, that unlike other companies, Funerals With Grace offered options of local area, and interest free 24 month payment. Also for an extra fee, they offer the option of family viewing which I could not find elsewhere. Very happy it's all sorted.
