Products are great! Service is very poor. We’re a small business so rely on buying direct from the supplier as we can do so in smaller quantities.

However, several times over the last 12 months the parcels have either been delayed, stock missing, or damaged in transit. Yodel have been the root cause, as when shipped with other companies it’s been flawless. Apart from the occasional missing item.

Customer service is good, responsive and accepting of errors.

My order was damaged by the delivery service and therefore returned to the sender but in matter of two days I had my replacement. Amazing customer service, excellent quality in purees and syrup and way cheaper on their website that on Amazon.

I have ordered twice from Funkin Cocktails, both times I have had great experience. My first order was delayed due to no fault of the company but the communication was brilliant. The second order again no fault of the company, one of my items was damaged during delivery. After contacting them a replacement was sent the next day. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great product but my last two deliveries were not correct and they had to send the missing items separately.

I will probably not order again from them .

I have purchased from funkin in the past and love their products. Unfortunately this time the package never arrived.

These are great with or without alcohol, as the mocktails are every bit as good 👌

Lovely cocktail mixers, made Christmas a lot of fun with little effort!

I have enjoyed the premixed drinks. Well made and very moorish. Packaging is very vibrant and eye catching.
So far the only one I do not like is the blackforest mixed drink it has an odd taste.

I bought a pack of mixed cocktails from Sainsburys for Christmas Day as a few of us are cocktail fans. Never again. They are absolutely awful. Sickly sweet, over scented & zero alcoholic effect. Waste of money as 3 were drunk & the rest binned.

Prices are better on the website than in store. Can also get some mixers from here that stores no longer seem to stock. Ordering is easy and delivery is fast. Never had a problem when ordering from here.
