Hatten ein Foto hochgeladen um eine kleine Skulptur dafür zu bekommen. Für 41€ bekamen wir einen schlechten Witz. Die Skulptur hat 0,0 mit dem Original auf dem Foto zu tun. Farbgebung, Verarbeitung und Grafik ist ein schlechter billiger Witz. Nie wieder

Sehr lange Wartezeit und entspricht nicht der, die beim Kaufabschluss versprochen wird.

ich möchte Ihnen kurz meine Rückmeldung zu dem personalisierten Stoffkissen geben, das ich erhalten habe. Leider entspricht die Qualität überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen, da sie auf den Fotos im Onlineshop deutlich hochwertiger wirkte. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass allgemein alle Produktbilder etwas nachbearbeitet wurden oder mit besserem Licht/Filter dargestellt sind.

Mir ist bewusst, dass Abweichungen zwischen Foto und Original vorkommen können, dennoch wollte ich Ihnen mein ehrliches Feedback mitteilen.

Einfach nur ne Bedruckung.. Billig und einfach..

"It is not given to anyone that the delivery takes longer. I need this order as soon as possible and you don't get money or anything like that either.

The product shown hardly corresponded to the product we received. We were disappointed and felt cheated.

The single picture of the article is completly missleading. It suggests a massive 3D object. What you get is a completly flat cut out photo on wooden desk. It's not enough to write that they use 2D design in the description's last line!
Additionally it took 40 days before I got the article, nevertheless I paid for express.

Ich habe eine beleuchtete Hausnummer mit Straßennamen bestellt. Die Hausnummer an sich ist recht gut verarbeitet. Kritik gibt es bei der Beleuchtung auch an der Befestigung.
Befestigung mit 4 Saugnapf Haken geht gar nicht an einer Hauswand!
Beleuchtung ist ein LED Leuchtband das aber nicht gleichmäßig ausleuchtet und so sehr primitiv aussieht und auch noch mit einem USB Anschluss versehen ist, so dass man noch ein Netzteil hinter der Hauswand verstecken muss.

Mi dispiace, il prodotto non è quello nella descrizione, arriva un pezzo di plastica con adesivo di rosse, non mi vogliono restituire i soldi e per rimandare pacco devo pagare io, arriva dalla Cina. Non consigli assolutamente

Positiv: we ordered the couple picture tree for five pictures. As it was not possible to define during the order how to place them, it was possible to at least define which picture goes into the centre in the heart by mail.
Negative: it was not well packaged, so one leaf was broken off. And the photos were partially not so well placed or size-adapted.
As a conclusion: it was still a nice gift, but the quality could really be improved

Paket ist über 3 Wochen unterwegs und man kriegt null Informationen zu.

ordered a product from funswan.de, but it was never delivered. Despite several attempts to contact customer service, I received no response. I’m very disappointed with the whole experience and cannot recommend this shop. I hope the company improves its communication and reliability in the future.

Shipping took much langer than expected. Express delivery Upgrade not worth it.

I Received a broken product , contacted the Company immediately. Although the Website states, That in case of low quality/ Broken product, a return plus a full refund is possible, I only got offered a 30% discount.
The quality is not worth the Money.
Never again!

The product doesn’t seem like on the picture. It has a white cable but it is too short. One of the products is too small even though I have ordered a larger one. None of us liked them. No one wants to use it. It was a mistake.

Tolles besonderes Produkt zum 60. Geb., super Idee, schnelle Lieferung, gute Qualität, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Bestellvorgang mit Fotos hochladen ging alles ganz easy, jederzeit gerne wieder!!!
