ESTAFA TOTAL: Publicidad engañosa y fraude visual. ¡CUIDADO!He comprado una figura decorativa en iswan.shop por valor de 45€ basándome en su publicidad, vídeos de redes sociales e imágenes principales de la web, donde muestran un producto premium con relieve y volumen tridimensional (3D). Sin embargo, lo que envían es una absoluta basura: un trozo de plástico acrílico completamente plano (2D), de apenas un milímetro de grosor, mal recortado y con una impresión borrosa de pésima calidad.Utilizan de forma maliciosa renders digitales 3D para inducir a error al consumidor y camuflan la realidad en textos ocultos. Su servicio de atención al cliente es inexistente y solo intentan regatear con reembolsos ridículos del 20% para que cierres las disputas. No tiréis vuestro dinero en esta tienda fraudulenta, el producto real parece un juguete barato de bazar y no se parece en nada a lo que prometen. Un engaño absoluto

No stars would be more accurate for this online seller. A complete con that relies on the fact that a certain number of poor suckers will not bother arguing for a full refund or trying to return the rubbish product they've received.
The advertising depicts a sculpture based upon a photo from the purchaser, and the price point reflects what a person might expect to pay for such a product.
What is received, instead is a piece of acrylic with a photo printed on it.
I have read a few of the other reviews of this seller here and wish I had done so before the fact.
As a side note, there is no need to continue communicating with the seller for a refund, once communication has been initiated and they have started playing their games. A chargeback can be initiated through Paypal or your banking institution. The reputation of this seller is so poor that you will have little difficulty getting your money back.
But in the first instance.....don't even bother with them.

Ich kann nur empfehlen, die Finger von diesem Shop zu lassen. Angepriesen wird eine hochwertige 3D Statue, welche auf dem Bild toll aussieht. Erhalten habe ich lediglich einen Druck auf einer Plastikscheibe. Aus meiner Sicht alles auch absolut minderwertige Qualität und das Geld nicht wert. Mein erhaltener Artikel ging direkt in die Mülltonne.

Très Cher pour ce que c'est...je regrette amèrement mon achat. Cela devait être une statuette en 3D, ce n'est qu'une image sur plexiglass... Escroquerie total
De plus la photo du visage n'est pas reconnaissable en rapport à la photo d'origine fournie.

Am liebsten würde ich NULL Sterne geben,dieser Shop ist die reinste Katastrophe.Gibst 60e für etwas aus was kaputt bei dir ankommt,wofür du keine Schuld trägst,und dann wollen die das du selbst den Rückversand bezahlst,das sind nochmal 50e.Unverschämt,kein Wunder das der Shop nur 1,3 Rezension hat.

Einfach nur schlecht und enttäuschend. Auf der Webpage wird eine 3D Figur suggeriert. Ist es nicht sondern lediglich ein Fotoprint auf einer "was auch immer" Platte. Die Schutzfolie bringe ich auch nicht weg.
Einmal mehr China Ware. Finger weg davon. Ich sicher.

Es werden 3D Produkte beworben, geliefert wurde ein 2D Aufsteller. Der Paypal Käuferschutz greift leider auch nicht. Insgesamt Nepp. Bin jetzt um eine schlechte Erfahrung reicher.

I ordered a 3d printed figure of a cyclist, according to their ad on Google.. it seemed very nice on the ad, so I ordered and what did I get? A printed paper glued on a acrylic support but they charge the price of a 3d printed figure. Pure scam, don't fall for it like I did

Pure dirt. all negative comments here are 100 per cent accurate. Google should b made accountable for these advertisements taking peoples money. AI can do lits of jobs but cant block these scammers. 🤷

Gros arnaqueurs ! J ai acheté une statuette à l effigie de ma fille en céramique en 3D et j ai reçu une pauvre plaque plastique !!!!!! Pour 42 € !!!!!! Quelle bande d escrocs !!!!! Je ne vais pas me laisser faire. J ai ouvert un litige PayPal.

I can not even give 1 star . My experience was absolutely horrible and if I can write on the website, I would warn other customers do not buy anything from this website. I ordered three Crystal urns I lost my mother on December 5 when the urns arrived almost 3 weeks later the corners were crushed broken glass pieces everywhere they were packed in shoeboxes. The boxes themselves were demolished, and I still cannot get a full refund. I spent $500 and can not get my full refund! They are pretty much saying that they’re not responsible for how it’s delivered to me just that when they made it , it wasn’t broken. Worst company and customer service!!

j'ai commandé une figurine personnalisé en 3d, sur l'exemple on distingue bien un personnage en résine et j'ai reçu une petite planche en bois imprimée, c'est purement du vol !!!!

Do not order!!! I repeat: DO NOT ORDER! You will lose your money, nerves and time. The pictures on the website do not correspond the reality. The product I received (3D man onn a bicycle) had a face of some guy who is 30 years older that the photo of my husband I sent them. This was so horrible that I had to hide the trash so he doesn't see it by chance and gets offended. Long story short: they are scammers and sit somewhere in China and give a shirt about customers.

Personalisiertes Käsemesserset bestellt am 9.10.25. ( Personalisiert ist übertrieben, es ist lediglich 1 Buchstabe den man drucken lassen kann.) Ware immer noch nicht angekommen.
Keine Worte. Es wäre besser gewesen, vorher die Bewertungen zu lesen, dann hätte ich hier nichts bestellt.

Ich möchte KEINEN Stern geben, muss dies aber leider, da sonst meine Bewertung nicht geht.
So enttäuscht war ich noch nie! Ich hätte heulen können! Nach einem Monat kam endlich die Ware und war einfach nur riesengroßer Mist! Die eingesendeten Fotos hätte ich mir sparen können. Das Foto meiner Schwiegertochter wurde ignoriert und einfach das Werbefoto von der Tussnelde auf deren Online Seite genommen und von meinem Sohn war nichts, außer ansatzweise die Haare, zu erkennen.
Ich schließe mich den schlechten Bewertungen an und erteile eine ABSOLUTE NICHT-KAUFEN-EMPFEHLUNG!!!

An ISWANAN: Sparen sie sich ihre immer gleiche heuchlerische Antwort der Entschuldigung und liefern sie lieber gleich Qualität! Mein Geld können Sie sich an die Backe schmieren!
