After dealing with private landlords in the past, Fuse in Budapest was a completely different experience. No chasing deposits, no surprise bills, everything's covered in one monthly rent. The tenant dashboard also meant I never had to call anyone just to report a small issue.

Nous avons loué une chambre dans un appartement en colocation à Riga pour une durée de six mois. C’était une première expérience pour nous et, au départ, il n’est pas toujours simple de bien comprendre les différents paiements à effectuer entre la caution, les loyers, etc., d’autant plus avec la barrière de la langue. Cependant, chaque fois que nous avons contacté l’agence, nous avons reçu une réponse rapide.

Malheureusement, à notre arrivée, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir un appartement très sale, où, de toute évidence, les colocataires n’étaient pas particulièrement adeptes du ménage. Nous avons immédiatement alerté l’agence, qui a été à notre écoute. Nous avons pu demander à changer de logement, et notre demande a été acceptée, ce qui nous a beaucoup soulagés.

Par ailleurs, l’agence a également fait intervenir un agent d’entretien dans le premier appartement, ce qui a permis d’améliorer nettement la propreté et de rendre la colocation plus acceptable pour les occupants.

Nous souhaitons remercier tout particulièrement John, qui a été très réactif dans ses réponses à nos e-mails, malgré la période estivale. L’expérience avait plutôt mal commencé, mais la solution apportée par l’agence a été parfaitement adaptée à la situation.

I wanted my own space without dealing with the hassle of finding an apartment solo in Riga, and Fuse's private apartment option was exactly that. Still fully furnished and all-inclusive, but I get my privacy while still being close to the community if I want it.

Been with Fuse in Budapest for 2 months now and it's been smooth the whole way. What I didn't expect was the rewards system, going to events and staying long-term actually knocked money off my rent. Small thing but it adds up, and it's a nice reason to actually show up to things.

This is my first time interaction with this company and being an international person I was really impressed the kind of support I got from Bianca, the staff of this company. She was very prompt and to the point without wasting much of our time. She responded to all our queries in no time. I found her knowledgeable and prompt in sharing about what the company is offering us. My best wishes to the company, Keep growing👍🌼🌼

The room was not like in the pictures, the color of the wall was not the same, the decoration on the pictures where not there.
When I arrived I did not had a check in with someone from the agency.
It was practically impossible to contact the team accept from one of them, that we want to thanks because he always try to get us what we wanted.
Most of the time when we had an issue nobody was answering our emails and we did send a lot of email with my flatmates. At the time of the check out, the refuse to give me back my full deposit and did not even answer my email about it.
Same for the rent, they were sending us email with the amount we had to paid but charged me with more (they why my deposit was not complete) even though I prove to them that the Hungary civil code was saying otherwise.
The kitchen was so dirty when we arrived nobody went to do the cleaning, same for my room (t-shirt under the bed, nails cut).
In addition, I didn't even have hangers in my closet.
The experience would have been much better if the team was responsive. Even between them the information was not transmitted.
We felt like they were not really trying to give us some confort but just take money from us.
In addition, one day someone from the agency passed by without even telling us, we consider that a message is the least of things since we lived in this apartment.

The apartment was supposed to be for 5 people but I think 4 it’s enough, to be honest, there would have been no room for 5 people.

The essentials in the kitchen didn't work like the knife, but they bought some.
We had a big fridge which is great because a lot of shared flat for 4 people only have a small one.
The shower was okay once we cleaned it.

Fuse has been very helpful answering all my questions quickly and in an efficient way.

In my opinion, you are very helpful, assistant, and professional, and I am very glad I chose you among many housing companies. I hope I will have a great time with you.

Stayed with Fuse for 10 months while doing my master's. Super easy compared to dealing with private landlords, no deposit drama, no surprise bills since everything's all-inclusive. Flatmates were a mixed international group which was great for my English tbh. Location was a 15 min tram ride to campus. Only wish I'd found them a semester earlier.

I compared a lot of student housing options in Riga before choosing Fuse and I'm glad I did. The room was furnished and actually matched the photos, which was not my experience elsewhere. What sold me was the coliving setup: private room, shared kitchen and common spaces, and events that made meeting people easy as an international student. The 12-month contract gave me a better rate than shorter stays. One small thing: I had a heating issue in November, but support sorted it out within two days. That responsiveness is why I'm writing this.

I am living here for the purpose of my studies and so I have also found one Apartment with Fuse which I have not confirmed to them yet.
It is a good stay and I am travelling a lot.

I moved to Budapest for my Erasmus semester and was honestly dreading the housing search. Booked with Fuse before I even landed and the whole booking process took maybe 20 minutes online. The all inclusive rent was the biggest win for me: wifi, utilities, everything in one payment, no Hungarian utility contracts to figure out. My flatshare had 4 other international students and we still travel together. The 5 month contract matched my semester exactly so I wasn't stuck paying for months I wasn't there. Would 100% book again if I come back.

The booking process was smooth, the team was very responsive, and the property matched the photos perfectly. Highly recommend for students and young professionals looking for reliable accommodation.

İ really respect the team, because they are very helpful and friendly.Whenever i have a problem and text them, they reply within 2 minutes, it is very important for me.I have nor moved in yet, but i can’t wait to move in a enjoy it!!!

Update: their Operations team reached out to me and offered refund. They were apologetic about their representative and resolved it peacefully for me.

My case: I asked multiple times if they have cold air conditioning there in an apartment in Budapest before paying the 295 euros membership fee and their WhatsApp person claimed yes. After paying the fee, I got to read the contract and found out it was just heater. When I asked why they did not tell me it was heater, their WhatsApp person still said it was cold air conditioning. Only after I showed them the message from another colleague of theirs, that this person backed down and checked for me and yes it was just heater. I asked for either partial refund or providing electric fan and also got turned down.

It was fun, the idea of making drinks was fun and made new friends!! But maybe next time the host can plan games where everyone is involved or like board games or a whole group game like Mafia or the imposter!! Other than that everything was amazing and a nice experience!!!
