Futureflow Mechanical Services Ltd fitted a new central heating boiler and hive in our Community Centre. From day one this company were superb. The workmanship is second to none, all the lads were friendly, polite and hard working. They kept us up to date on where things were up to and left the area they were working in clean and tidy at all times. We had a bit of trouble with setting the Hive up due to our internet connection to the place where the boiler was, but the project manager was very helpful and managed to sort it for us even though it wasn't his responsibility. Our experience working with Futureflow Mechanical Services was brilliant and I would highly recommend their services. Thank you Futureflow for everything you have done for us, we are extremely happy customers!

After arriving home Sunday night from a few days away I was greeted by a collapsed ceiling in the bedroom and the kitchen below due to a leak from the loft. Nightmare. Contacted Futureflow and spoke to Chris. He was very courteous and reassuring and turned up with his colleague in less than 40 mins. They identified and sorted the problem within half an hour and left me with full use of hot and cold water and heating. Returned next morning at 08:30 to finish the job off, no fuss, no mess. I couldn’t be more grateful or impressed by Chris and his colleagues and the cost was more than reasonable. Would highly recommend this company to everyone. First rate service.

I had a central heating hive installed a few weeks ago. The service was brilliant, the two operatives Adam and Jamie turned up on time, were courteous, polite and fitted the hive quickly and efficiently. I was shown how the hive worked on the app and was given advice on the ideal settings for my home etc. Any questions I had were no trouble for them and I was advised to get in touch if there was anything else I wanted to know after they left. I would highly recommend this company, they are very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by Futureflow. I am more than happy with the job they did. The new boiler they fitted is so much better than that old one they removed. The new pipework they put in is neat and secured properly. The workmen who fitted it were pleasant to talk to and left the area spotless when they had finished.
Could not recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant, came out as an emergency for a boiler f28 fault but traced it was water in the actual gas pipes beyond the property. Called cadent and reiterated it was an emergency due to young children being in the property. Cadent came to suck the water out and then he came back within an hour of Cadent clearing the water to get my supply back on. Nice fella too, thank you.

Needed a gas supply disconnected quickly and the service from the team was brilliant. A friendly and reassuring team, special mention for Adam who went above and beyond to help and had the problem sorted the next day! Very competitive price and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended, wonderful service from the team.
