Dear Client,

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience with our prop firm. We appreciate the time you took to express your concerns and regret any frustration you may have encountered.

Our Risk Management and Money Management teams carefully review each trader’s performance and overall level of risk. Although you passed certain aspects of our evaluation process, the results of our analysis indicated a trading approach that exceeded our acceptable risk parameters. Consequently, we could not proceed with providing you a funded account.

However, these rules are not exhaustive. We strongly encourage all traders to familiarize themselves with our risk policies to ensure a fair and compliant trading experience for everyone.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand the importance of clear and timely communication, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay.

After you successfully completed the Challenge phase, our Risk Management team determined that your account would require unique trading conditions in accordance with our internal guidelines. Recognizing that these conditions might not align with your initial expectations, we offered you two resolution options. Per your preference, you chose to receive a full refund of your challenge fee.
