The inter face of the app was okay and easy access, but the chart does not correlate with that of trading view, same price but the movement of the candle stick would be stagnant, you don't see live movement of the candlestick, secondly if the programmers would help with showing the SL and entry level on the chart it would be very good along with the tp price and sl price too, if all these is added then everything is top notch

The worst company I've ever seen. From the stupidity of the game moderator to the spread of the broker they use and the trailing drawdown of the accounts, it's an all-around terrible company. They force giveaway winners to give 5 stars in TrustPilot. Research well before using this company

I recently had the unfortunate…
I recently had the unfortunate experience of trading with FXCI Proprietary Trading—a firm that claims to offer opportunities for aspiring traders. However, my encounter with them left me utterly disappointed. Let me break down why you should steer clear of this firm:
High Commissions: FXCI charges commissions that seem to defy gravity. It’s as if they believe traders are launching rockets to the moon with every trade. For every executed order, they slice off a hefty chunk of your potential profits. It’s like paying tolls on a highway paved with gold.
Spread Woes: Their spreads resemble the Grand Canyon—vast, treacherous, and impossible to navigate. When I tried to scalp a few pips, I felt like I was tiptoeing across a tightrope over a chasm. The bid-ask spread was so wide that I could’ve parked a small car in there. And don’t get me started on slippage—it felt like my orders were being teleported to another dimension.
Customer Service Mirage: Their customer support is like a desert oasis that vanishes upon approach. I reached out for clarification on their fee structure, but their replies was Impartial and unconvincing
Profit Mirage: Speaking of profits, they’re about as elusive as Bigfoot. I suspect Fxci has a secret trapdoor that swallows up any gains. My account balance dwindled faster than a melting ice cream cone in the Sahara.
their 2 step account have a trailing DD and big profits target there is no reason to buy a 2step account for getting 10percent and 5percent i would rather to buy one step with only 10 percent + trailing DD then getting an account with them
In summary, if you enjoy paying exorbitant fees, navigating spreads wider than the Pacific Ocean then by all means, join FXCI. But if you value your sanity, hard-earned money, and trading aspirations, run—run far away

Hello! Thank you for your detailed feedback – it's valuable for our growth.
Our broker provides competitive commissions (with a minimum of 3 USD/lot). However, it’s still important to keep them in mind, especially if a trader opens a significant number of positions (from our report, you had 47 positions in 3 days).
Spreads fluctuate with volatility and time of day, so it’s always advisable to avoid low-liquidity periods, especially with market orders. Your report shows that you placed Market type orders only, some of them were placed on the US30 Index during illiquid times like the opening of the Asia session. These orders risk worse prices. We suggest you pick the assets to trade that are relevant to your timezone. If you trade during the Asia session, you’ll get much better conditions on the pairs related to the Asia or Oceania region if compared to US30, which is more suitable for trading during the NY session.
Additionally, if your trading strategy requires opening a large number of scalping positions at the Market price, it’s absolutely crucial to include commissions and spreads in your risk management system.
We strongly recommend evaluating trading conditions before opening the trade. Traders take full responsibility for managing the challenge account, it’s important that they make informed decisions and risk capital only if they’re satisfied with the conditions.
These suggestions are universal and can be applied when trading with us or with another prop firm. We sincerely hope it will help you pass the challenge next time. From our side, we’ll use your feedback to provide the best possible conditions for our traders. Thank you!
