I have been with this company for over 2 years now. The spreads are fixed and they never change, for trading gold that is really vital for me. They offer crypto deposit & withdrawals and they process withdrawals shortly.
All is perfect to me.

I have been with fxglory since 2022 and have made loads of withdrawals and deposits, no problems so far for me. they should only work on the withdrawal processing time, recently it takes more time than usual.

Kindly note this broker is a fraud i just opened my account two days ago made a deposit of $510 and made a profit of $3300 they scammed all my profits on my first withdraw request

I have a few positions with 0.15 lot in GOLD from 25 october till 29 october, in this time NO IMPORTANT news was, I checked, only "low and average". FXglory nullify only most profitable deals and kept other unprofitable positions - and you call this "fair trading"? in period 24-25 october a have a few positions with same volume, but summary it was unprofitable trades, and you kept this trades as is, but nullify other profitable trades

There is no personal bias or manipulation with any client's account or positions. Everything is handled according to our rules, with reports from multiple departments as well as our liquidity providers.

I have been scammed by a forex broker…

I have been scammed by a forex broker named FXGlory. Yesterday, while trading forex, I made $5400. I withdrew $5000 yesterday. Today, when I checked my trading account, I saw that I only have $500 left, and the rest I had made is gone. I contacted the forex broker via live chat, and their response was that scalping is prohibited and stated in their policy. I disagree with this, as they are using this as an excuse to not pay out my $5000 withdrawal

They charge 9% on withdrawals

They charge 9% on withdrawals. This is all you need to know to RUN far away. They sucker you in with no-fee deposit options and steal from you when you want your money back. I guess I am fortunate to get 91% of my money back, they could have stolen all of it.

Don’t ever use this website

Don’t ever use this website, it will scam your profit without legit reasons.

So far, they took away $3,000 profit quoting that I violated their 6.10 rule which comes out from nowhere.

Again, there are some good brokers, stay away from this scammer.

Today (2022-07-07) I have received this email:

It means that after 2 months (2 months!) they continue to keep my money in a fraudulent way!

SCAMMERS!

UPDATE 2022-11-10:
I continue to try to have my money back (only the money that are not disputed) and they continue to ignore me. My last email was sent on October, the 28th and they didn't answer (again!): they are SCAMMERS!

Stay far away from them.

UPDATE 2022-12-08:
I continue to write them about my issue (last email sent from me and my lawyer to Mr. Eteri GVINEPADZE) was completely ignored, even we sent it for 5 weeks (one time per week): nothing.
They are SCAMMERS! They continue to behave as SCAMMERS!!!

FxGlory keeps my balance, too!!!
I have requested a withdrawal on December the 16th via PerfectMoney and their website says "
Withdrawal Processing Time
Credit/Debit Card Method : May take 1-15 business days.

WireTransfer : May Take 1-10 business days.

PayPal : May take 1-72 hours on business days.

Other Methods : May take 1-24 hours on business days."
but after 11 days, much more that "1-24 hours", the status is still "Pending". Note that this is the second time I ask for this withdrawal in December and the first time they wrote me to ask money using the same method I had used for deposit (May 2021!). This is ridiculous and they are scammers: STAY AWAY!!!

Today I wrote another email to them, but this time I wrote (again) to Ms. Eteri Gvinepadze, the owner/manager and this was the text:

Dear Ms. Eteri Gvinepadze,

it's a month that I have requested a withdrawal (see the attached image as evidence) but nothing happens as usual: you continue to ignore me and this is unfair (and more...). So, please, process my withdrawal.

Be advised that I'll write another negative review about you and your company.

UPDATE 2023-08-24:
After more many email to FxGlory, tried to recontact three times the owner and chief Ms Eteri Gvinepadze (failed), at the end mr. Edward Morgen contacted me and we had three long phone calls and we found a deal: it was July the 12th. Since then I have been abandoned again. So, I wrote four more emails in these last 2 months, even today, but I got no answer at all. That's why I have updated my negative review.

UPDATE 2023-09-13:
I got $17,647.68 only: their debit was $229,660.82.
It means they sent me 7.6% only: I am still missing $212,013.14 of my money. But I am afraid they will never send me them.
It's very easy for this kind of broker (not regulated) to do what they want (in my country we use to say "the good and the bad weather) because they risk nothing. Nothing at all. For example, thay has a rule that states something like "any trade must be longer than 7 minutes" and I followed it, here it is an example:

As you can see this trade length has been 7 minutes and 48 seconds but they reverted it among any other with this motivation: "illegal trading".

Those trades were really ok, they are "illegal". And scammers.

UPDATE 2024-10-11:
Over the past year, I've repeatedly emailed these SCAMMERS demanding a refund. However, they've now stopped responding altogether.
I've decided to pursue legal action against them, but as you can imagine, it's challenging to even locate them. Filing a lawsuit against a company based in the UAE is incredibly difficult. It's clear they're skilled at hiding their responsibilities, operating offshore, and perpetuating their scam. They're the most sophisticated SCAMMERS I've ever encountered.

Hello there,

Here is an official answer to this review from FXGlory Ltd.

Please kindly be informed that the broker (FXGlory Ltd) has not ever kept or blocked any funds from its customers, nor does it have the right to do such an action.
FXGlory Ltd has always been the most cooperative with its clients in terms of trading, depositing, withdrawing funds or any other requests that clients may ever had.

But, FXGlory Ltd needs to protect itself and also its clients from any illegal activities, suspicious fund transfers or any other activities whether from its partners or clients that the risk management department of this company identifies.

The customer that left this review with the name of (achab) here, failed to verify himself through the periodical KYC procedure of FXGlory Ltd, then FXGlory Ltd kindly asked the customer multiple times and gave him the time to provide the relevant documents as he was trying to do business with FXGlory from a country/jurisdiction that FXGlory does not provide services to and was using prohibited robots and 3rd party services to open trades at this broker and misusing the market with illegal softwares which are not allowed at FXGlory which is clearly stated in the terms and conditions and user agreement.

The client provided documents that were all rejected by the relevant department of this broker and we kindly asked the client to withdraw all the deposited funds into his accounts at this broker as we couldn't continue providing services to this client, but he refused to sign the relevant mandatory documents and provide them to the broker to withdraw the funds out of the broker and for his account to be closed and instead he has been asking repeatedly to talk to irrelevant people and positions at FXGlory Ltd which is not possible by any means.

In regard to the broker's AML, CTF and Refund policies, all the deposited funds of this client has been returned/refunded to him except for a small amount which has been ready to be paid out for months, pending the customer to provide the broker with the requested document that customer constantly refuses to provide.

It is worth to say again that FXGlory does not ever, hold or block and funds of its clients, even in the worst fraud cases, we return all the initial deposits back to the customer and close their accounts, so did we in this case of the client "achab". No funds are missing nor kept and as soon as the client provides the broker with the signed requested document, the remaining small amount of the client's funds will be released and paid out immediately.
