Our investigation revealed a clear and deliberate breach of our platform's rules and terms of service. Specifically:

Defrauding through Multi-Account Manipulation: You engaged in activities involving multiple accounts, orchestrating trades to exploit the system unfairly. This type of manipulation, including coordinated internal hedging, is strictly prohibited as it constitutes an intentional attempt to defraud the broker and disrupt the fairness of the trading environment.

Misuse of Credit: You misused the credit provided by our platform, leveraging it in a way that was explicitly against the terms and designed to gain illegitimate financial advantages. This behavior undermines the trust and fairness we strive to provide to all our clients.

Illegal Scalping Practices: Your trading style involved highly abusive strategies, including illegal scalping across multiple accounts, which is not only unacceptable but also violates industry standards and ethical trading practices.

Such actions represent a direct violation of the rules you agreed to when opening your account with us. Despite these serious breaches, we acted fairly and transparently by fully refunding your initial deposits. It’s crucial to highlight that no funds were withheld on our part, even though the actions taken were warranted to protect our platform and its users from exploitative practices.

Hello dear client,

We take all feedback seriously and would like to clarify a few key points. Our trading conditions, which are clearly outlined in our terms, prohibit trading with leverage above 1:100 during news events. Such trades are considered misuse, may not be accepted, and are not guaranteed, as stated in our rule (Section 6.10).

When withdrawals are requested, all trades undergo a thorough review by our team. It is standard practice for trades to be scrutinized at this stage. We have no history of fraud or unfair practices. In fact, you have already successfully withdrawn three times your initial deposit.

This demonstrates that all trades and profits that comply with our trading conditions—terms you agreed to upon registration—are accepted. There is no personal bias or manipulation with any client's account or positions. Everything is handled according to our rules, with reports from multiple departments as well as our liquidity providers.

Although we did not expect this unfair review from you, we still appreciate your time and understanding in sharing your feedback.

We would like to take this opportunity to address the situation and provide you with a detailed explanation as we were able to find your account at our broker.

Upon conducting a thorough investigation into your account, we discovered multiple violations of our company policies. It has come to our attention that you have opened multiple accounts at our brokerage using fake identities, which is strictly against our rules and regulations. We have implemented these measures to maintain a fair and secure trading environment for all our clients.

Furthermore, it has become apparent that you were attempting to defraud the company by misusing the tradable bonus that we offer. Hedging between accounts and engaging in multi-accounting activities are clear violations of our terms and conditions. Hello there,

Here is an official answer to this review from FXGlory Ltd.

Please kindly be informed that the broker (FXGlory Ltd) has not ever kept or blocked any funds from its customers, nor does it have the right to do such an action.
FXGlory Ltd has always been the most cooperative with its clients in terms of trading, depositing, withdrawing funds or any other requests that clients may ever had.

But, FXGlory Ltd needs to protect itself and also its clients from any illegal activities, suspicious fund transfers or any other activities whether from its partners or clients that the risk management department of this company identifies.

The customer that left this review with the name of (achab) here, failed to verify himself through the periodical KYC procedure of FXGlory Ltd, then FXGlory Ltd kindly asked the customer multiple times and gave him the time to provide the relevant documents as he was trying to do business with FXGlory from a country/jurisdiction that FXGlory does not provide services to and was using prohibited robots and 3rd party services to open trades at this broker and misusing the market with illegal softwares which are not allowed at FXGlory which is clearly stated in the terms and conditions and user agreement.

The client provided documents that were all rejected by the relevant department of this broker and we kindly asked the client to withdraw all the deposited funds into his accounts at this broker as we couldn't continue providing services to this client, but he refused to sign the relevant mandatory documents and provide them to the broker to withdraw the funds out of the broker and for his account to be closed and instead he has been asking repeatedly to talk to irrelevant people and positions at FXGlory Ltd which is not possible by any means.

In regard to the broker's AML, CTF and Refund policies, all the deposited funds of this client has been returned/refunded to him except for a small amount which has been ready to be paid out for months, pending the customer to provide the broker with the requested document that customer constantly refuses to provide.

It is worth to say again that FXGlory does not ever, hold or block and funds of its clients, even in the worst fraud cases, we return all the initial deposits back to the customer and close their accounts, so did we in this case of the client "achab". No funds are missing nor kept and as soon as the client provides the broker with the signed requested document, the remaining small amount of the client's funds will be released and paid out immediately.
