Last Monday (2026.05.22), I formally requested my Unique Reference Number (URN) via email in response to the notification regarding the confiscation of my balance. As expected, FXPrimus ignored the request, failing to meet the regulatory deadline.

For those unfamiliar, the URN is a mandatory protocol number that Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) must provide so that investors can escalate their complaints to CySEC and the Financial Ombudsman. By failing to provide this number within 5 business days, the broker is not only demonstrating poor support but is committing a direct regulatory infraction intended to obstruct justice.

To recap: the company debited over 10,000 USD from my principal capital (original deposit) based on unfounded justifications (I have another post here with further details). If FXPrimus’s strategy is to withhold the URN to prevent me from filing a formal report, it will have the opposite effect: I will use this deliberate omission as additional evidence of bad faith and fraudulent behavior before the regulators.

WARNING TO TRADERS: Stay away from this broker. Not only do they perform arbitrary confiscations that violate their own contractual terms (such as Clause 20.14-vii), but they also prevent clients from exercising their legal right to complain. Do not risk your capital with an institution that acts like a SCAM when held accountable.

Get out of FXPrimus before your capital is next.

I have had super bad experiences with other forex brokers eg. USG etc until I come across FXPrimus. I have been with them for 5 years and I seriously do not understand why are there bad reviews on them here. I've never had issues with withdrawals and it was very fast. Customer service was great too. They are one of the best and seriously under-rated forex brokers in this market. Hope they can ramp up their marketing and I would love to see them succeed. They definitely deserve it.

I am delighted to have met FXPRIMUS the support is super fast and the withdrawals and deposits too but what makes me feel most confident is that it is a verified broker because I give it 10/10 and they also offer my favorite instruments the synthetic indices

It would be better if you could have 24/7 available for any kind of problems customers face.

Very solid and serious broker holding the highest standards in trading industry, being professional to its clients with brilliant services. They are many years in the business and will be happy to cooperate with them next years. Every single request from my side has been resolved to my satisfaction. I would give them 6 STARS if possible.

I traded on FXPrimus and when I requested a withdrawal, the platform demanded documents such as a criminal record certificate or a bankruptcy certificate. These are unreasonable requirements that are impossible for an ordinary trader to provide.

I even tried to clarify this issue, but despite my repeated attempts to communicate, FXPrimus has not given me any reply. My funds are still stuck, and this experience has been extremely disappointing.

I would warn other traders to be very cautious, as the platform creates unnecessary obstacles when you try to withdraw your own money.

I dont like small leverage on crypto, i use 1:1000 leverage account but cant risk with stop loss 5% of my portfolio on single trade which i ussualy do.

Fxprimus told me that I have to pay a withdrawal fee to withdraw the profit amount. I think this is not fair.

I was in doubt about FXPRIMUS but I was proven wrong with the countless correspondence and assurance from support staffs esp Tran and account manager, Imran. I am still learning and have yet to trade live but I am looking forward to the experience. I hope FXPRIMUS staffs will get the recognition they deserve.
