Good Installation and service
Luis installed the internet very well. His work was neat and installed the device and cables within the quoted time.
Customer service was helpful and the internet has been good so far (only been using it for a week).

Termination charges
Mandatory termination charge for ~12 months, despite cancelled tenancy agreement meaning i'm no longer at the property.
Effectively, i'm paying the internet bill for the new tenant. Great support G NETWORK

Thank you for getting in touch, and we're sincerely sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially given the change in your tenancy.
We would like to clarify that our Terms and Conditions, which are provided during the sign-up process, explain that if a service is cancelled before the end of the agreed minimum contract term, an early termination charge applies. This charge covers the remaining period of the contract and is a standard part of the agreement accepted when the service was activated.
We appreciate that your tenancy has ended, and while we understand this was outside of your plans, the contract is tied to the service agreement rather than the tenancy itself. Unfortunately, this means the early termination charges still apply when the contract is ended during the minimum term.
We also apologise if our previous communication came across as dismissive. It was never our intention to suggest that the situation was simply "your fault," and we're sorry if our wording gave that impression. We always aim to treat our customers with respect and empathy.

Our installation engineer, Luis, was just outstanding. He helped us get setup and didn’t leave until we were confident with it all. He went on to offer to help us move some furniture as we’d just moved in - what a brilliant human being. We’re loyal customers for life now! Speed and signal all working as expected.

I had an issue with the route of the…
I had an issue with the route of the fibre cable into my property. I spoke with Tony in Customer Services who had no trouble understanding the problem and an engineer was organised to visit me very quickly. German, the engineer, spent a good couple of hours working on the issue and left with it fully resolved. I've had the need for G-Network's help a couple of times this year and their service has been nothing short of excellent each time.

Best engineer ever
Truly impressive dedication from German, G.Network's engineer. My installation was a tricky one — the nearest connection box is two houses away — yet he stayed to do the job properly, carefully, and with excellent attention to detail, rather than taking a quicker, cheap-and-cheerful approach. I'm delighted with the result. But can't help feeling sorry for German as he only got to leave 20 minutes ago (it's 7:50pm now).
One tip: don't cancel your existing internet until a few days after G.Network finishes installing. Your line may not be activated straight away (mine isn't active yet, but activation expected within a few days at most).

Absolutely outstanding!
Absolutely outstanding service from G.Network from start to finish. Every person we dealt with from sales and technical support to the installation team,was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.
We were hesitant about leaving one of the big providers, but we’re so glad we did. Our full fibre connection is at least four times faster than before.
A special thank you to Laurence and Andrew, who were fantastic installers and great ambassadors for the company.

Very professional service. The guys turned up as promised and German and Oliver were very\n Helpful in explaining the whole procedure, postup. The final setting up process was a little bit complicated, but they were very patient with me and explained the whole procedure full stop but highly recommend them, the download speed seemed pretty decent too. Everyone we worked with from initial inquiries to installation was very helpful, professional and polite. There was a short turn around time from phone inquiry to survey to installation and the communication throughout was consistently good. Truly delivers superior Internet
Truly delivered superior Internet and despite many delays of nearly 6 years since the cables were laid they eventually delivered. Everyone I have dealt with have been polite and explanatory. While they may not have very many people in the organisation they truly coordinate to get you connected as soon as possible. Both the engineers that worked on my property has been polite, respectful and truly hardworking. They probably can improve their delivery speed.
My only advice to anyone getting connected it to have your full day free as things may take lot longer than expected if it's the very first connection to your apartment block.
