The worse courier service in the world
The worse courier service in the world. Don't bother to contact them- no answer or closed for a day. They don't even try to deliver parcels-just write updates at 6am that there was a problem with an address. TEMU is using them in Israel. Do not buy anything from TEMU if you ard in Israel!

Every employee of the company has a very I don't care attitude which I get they probably treat their employees badly but as a customer it doesn't help

Why Amazon are working with these guys is beyond me.
They never deliver on time. Never.
They sent me a message that my parcel…
They sent me a message that my parcel has arrived but no parcel in the pickup point.
After sending me 5 messages to get my parcel ( and no parcel to be found....) they sent me a message that I collected it which I did not!
I've cancelled another order with temu because I know that it will not get it as long as Gaadhwd are responsible for the delivery!

GAASH is simply mocking customers. I am 61 years old and I am disabled person, but they want me to leave my house in the heat and look for their car. They confuse my address, they do not know when the courier arrives. I didn't receive my package and I will return the money.

They once lost my parcel. Now I ordered for someplace else, still didn’t arrive. They don’t respond in their customer service platform. They’re the worst and I don’t know why stores still use them.

called them several times ,emailed them , whatssuped them asked to pay many times and didnt recived the payment request till they were able to charge me for storage and only then they sent the request .
i will not let them to steal from me that way , i will go to my lawyer next weak .see you in court .

Nothing has arrived and every day I check and more than 3 weeks have passed and nothing has arrived
I called customer service
I was number 54 in line
and after one hour and 38 minutes
I got to number 2 in line
Then the phone hangs up
I wrote down a callback number and no one called back
I sent an email and after two days there is no response
Still waiting for an email reply
Truly a shocking experience and I do not recommend dealing with them at all

ABSURDLY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: after almost 2 weeks I received my pickup message from #Temu, I still have no return from my 4 calls( last one yesterday they told me they would call me back until 5pm) to tell me WHERE MY 60cm×50cm DISAPPEARED!? THIEFS! BECAUSE THE LADY ON THE PICKUP STORE TOLD ME SHE SAW IT AND THE DELIVERY TOOK IT BACK! AND THEY TOLD ME " IT POSSIBLY GOT LOST"!

The worst of the worst...
Whenever I place an order with Amazon, it's a gamble. If I see it's GAASH, I cringe.
I also got the missing paperwork BS message.
Despite the fact that I know it's total BS... I went ahead and sent it.
Do they respond? No! No CS at all.
At least it's from Amazon, so they will back up the order... but it's all the stress that's not necessary. When the Israel Post delivers... it's perfect.
GAASH is the world’s worst shipper
GAASH Worldwide Deliveries has got to be the world’s cheapest and worst shipper. It picks up shipments from Amazon but waits until it has a planeload full of shipments to Israel before flying them. This typically takes several weeks. Their website has no updated tracking information for weeks because their plane never leaves the ground until it is full. Most messages to the GAASH management are ignored. Amazon uses GAASH because they are dirt cheap. GAASH is the biggest shipping scam out there. GAASH will need to learn to make money and to outdo its competitors the honest and hard way. Giving their customers very poor service is a very bad way of making money.
God damn scammers
God damn scammers! They want me to pay triple the amount of my order for storage fees 🤣🤣 i cancelled order imidietly and will not order from "light in the box" ever again.
