I’ve never found another company that gives you access to a registered dietitian to help you reach your goals! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and encouraging but they get back to you immediately!

Exceptional product. I’m seeing results already I always wanted to see out of other products and I’ve only been on it for two weeks now. Can’t wait to see where this stuff will take me. It’s nice to know my money is being well spent and I’m being supported by a product for once. No other supplements I have taken so far have gotten me this close to where I want to be! This is a good and innovative company that offers a variety of helpful products. I tried the protein powder, the flavor boosters, and the Pre-Workout mix. I liked them all. It was fun to try. But the cost is not accessible to me at present. So I canceled after 1 month. The customer service is excellent.

I accidentally had an order shipped to my old apartment and they returned it back to the sender. After finding that out, I sent an email to Gainful's customer service to inform them of what happened. Diego emailed me back within an hour or two explaining that they don't accept returns. But he was very nice and gave me a complementary box because of the unfortunate situation I was in. All I had to do was pay $5.99 for the shipping. I love this company and I always will!

I've been using Gainful since February 2022. I would highly recommend. It does not have a chalky taste, and mixes well with my almond milk. I have a shake mixed with Gainful's fiber and collagen every morning to start my day and it keeps me full until lunch. After lunch a strawberry lemonade hydration pack to prepare me for that evenings workout. Even with the caffeine level I don't feel jittery, just energized. Combine Gainful with proper diet and exercise, I've lost 48lbs since I started Gainful.

The bundle I ordered was returned on the last day of arrival time frame, and I couldn't wait another 14 days to receive said order. Besides, said bundle was no longer offered. I therefore never received my order.
Overall customer service was okay. Not bad, not great.
I doubt I would reorder from this company again, unless I'm ready to wait 28 days to receive my order.
As I'm diligent about my gym and workout schedules, I can't afford to depend on unreliable service.

Best protein I’ve had

I was looking for a protein that truly tasted good, this protein I'd delicious. So far all the products have worked great and my nutritionist Mary has gone above and beyond with helpful information.

I just started trying Gainful. I wanted to try something new and jumped in the hype. However, after my first try of the protein right after my workout. I did nothing different during the day but changing my protein intake to Gainful that day. 25 minutes after, my stomach was in so much pain, I had to run to the bathroom because I could not hold it anymore. I thought I was going to S#1t my pants. It gave me diarrhea like if I have had taken something to clean my Colon or a super colon cleanser. That was the first time. I thought perhaps my body needs to adjust to the “new formula” or protein that I have been taken. The second time. I took that right after a soccer game and I was almost 45 minutes away from home. I had to get out of the freeway and use a gasoline station’s bathroom because I was having the same pain and discomfort in my body and need it to go Pronto. It was like someone open the sink water. It was so painful and my body just rejected that protein. After I left a review of “ do you recommend this to a friend “. I gave them a 0 and told the same story that I am writing here. 3 hours later I got an email with my cancellation notification saying “ We are canceling your subscription “
