Gainful has really helped me with building mussel. Even over these past few weeks I can see and feel the difference. Gainful protein has really helped as I am trying to gain mussel and lose weight. This protein powder taste great and I am not hungry after I consume.

This is month 3 using Gainful. My weight is slowly going down as I work out and play competitive tennis. I went on vacation for 3 weeks and thanks to Gainful I did not gain any weight. That right there is a major victory. Can’t wait to see results in December.

Taste is NOT even good

chocolate tastes somewhat chocolate...peanut butter chocolate is disgusting and chalky.

I work in healthcare so I’m on my feet about 7-12 hours a day briskly walking everywhere. I knew that I needed something to put a little more pep in my step, and my protein mix and electrolyte solution were the answer.
Sometimes I don’t have the chance to eat as slowly as I would like, and I knew that I was NOT getting enough protein and fiber in diet.
I’m still about a week in and I already feel like a new person!
I have more energy, and I do not feel as sluggish. It’s also very reassuring to know that I’m am consuming something good for my baby and I.

I have not used the product yet , I did reach out to the dietician who did come back with detailed recommendation, I so suggest a consultation before placing the order will help you prepare the mix accordingly, looking forward to trying this product
