Firstly I would like to thank all staff , and mostly to Sean as he is an asset to the company, very customer focused and ready to help .

Mr. Marcus was very helpful very patient and he answered all my questions. He also did a great job on finding me these tickets

I loved that I was dealing with one person, and that she worked hard to Accommodate our needs. Jessie’s did a great job and I do recommend her. However I didn’t like how I had issues with payment of my flights.

This was our second time trying to get these tickets. The first time we worked with Ion and ended up two weeks later with a refund showing up in our account e we itch no explanation. Communication was very bad.
We reviewed several reviews and tried again. Austin is amazing, a few days and we have tickets in hand, communication was great he contacted me with any changes right away. And as ways made me feel that I matter. Great job Austin 🤗

I got 5 tickets couple days ago and I needed another one. Jessica was able to help me . I received the e tickets 24 hrs later

I'm so glad we found this company. Tickets are outrageous and it was going to be over 5k to fly to Texas. We got 5 tickets for 2580... Austin has great customer service and anytime we have questions, Austin is on top of it and always respond and in a timely manner. I am gonna be honest. At first my husband and I were scared that that the price was to good to be true because we spent weeks looking for tickets and we were gonna give up and not go because of the prices but this company saved our butts. Thank you Austin for being amazing and having our backs and caring about your customers.

i will use their service again and highly recommend it. the price is not what they advertised and it becomes higher with the charges and tax.

Sometimes I feel a bit rushed to book and that’s where mistakes happen. Make sure you read through everything and take your time and don’t let them rush you or a mistake can happen! Just take your time with booking

Thank you for finding me 8 tickets to Honolulu for a very reduced price.

I booked flight ticket with galaxy escapes and they called me back with additional cost. I confirmed them to book the ticket with extra cost, they took 2 days to book me ticket with wrong date. I asked to book correct date and they told they will do in 48 hrs. But they took more than a week to cancel that ticket and told that it would take another week to get new ticket, they never called me back nor answered. It was frustrating 15 days with all false hopes. Finally I had to book ticket with some other airline. Worst experience ever.
