John was very patient all in all a good experience. I paid a deposit thrn the balance and received the e-tickets.

As usual Nelson our agent was exceptional, his attention to detail and constant availability meant that our recent 2 week holiday incorporation one week in Thailand and the other in Vietnam was excellent, a slight issue with an airport taxi which was the suppliers fault was dealt with by Nelson in a matter of minutes. He's the best. Can't wait to book with him again.

We have used Nelson for many years to arrange our long-haul holidays, and he has never failed to impress us. We have continued to use him even when he has moved companies, which says everything about the level of service he provides.
We have just returned from a trip to Thailand and Vietnam, and once again Nelson got everything exactly right. He takes the time to understand our needs and, importantly, he listens and acts on what you ask for. Both hotels were excellent and met the high standard we wanted for our family.
On this occasion, other travel agents were able to offer the holiday slightly cheaper, but we chose to book with Nelson because sometimes it isn't just about the cost. Price is important, of course, but so are trust, reliability, personal service and knowing that someone is there when you need them.
What really sets Nelson apart is that he is there for you even while you are abroad. During our recent trip, our transfer vehicle in Vietnam was not large enough for our family and luggage. We contacted Nelson and, within minutes, he had arranged for it to be resolved.
That level of personal service and reassurance is hard to find. Nelson genuinely cares about getting things right, and we will continue to use him for many more years. If you want someone who listens, understands your requirements and actually delivers, I would highly recommend Nelson.

Will take money from your credit card before the process is completed and then try to extract further money as per other reviews, claiming the money they took initially is a mere deposit.
